The Jaguars loss could come back to haunt us

Who cares, either way? What, so now we have to watch what we discuss on here, lest an active player is reading and gets full of themselves based off of what we fans say or don't say?

Stupid comment, coach. Even for you

Just admit you don't know and are likely mistaken. Players are not different than you and I and most top level people read their own press.

No, I would not watch what I say nor should you unless you are related to or friends with a player.

Mistaken? It doesn't ******* matter either way, Rembrandt! How ******* stupid are you??

I’m a huge proponent of the idea that our team specifically has a tendency to believe their own hype and look over games. I think it’s the #1 reason why we lose these embarrassing games every year. But that being said, I’m not sold that message board chatter from fans is what will do it. We hate on these dudes after losses just as hard as we praise them after wins. Surely they are tough enough mentally to not let our drivel influence them. I think they hear the analysts, the former players, their own coaches, and just the voices in their own heads praising them when they are doing well.

Maaan, if a player or coach reads this message board and let's what any of us has to say about them get in their heads, they are not mentally tough enough to be playing professional sports anyway. Hell, they'd probably laugh at what most of us had to say anyway. So, to be precise, it doesn't matter what we say, feel or do on the board; it should have absolutely zero impact on the players' performance. ZERO

Jags aren't winning out - they could realistically lose 2-4 more games. @Arizona isn't a gimme but a likely win but they still have to play the Seahawks and Texans and then @Tennessee who they already lost to at home.

The only team they've beat with a winning record was us.

What makes you so sure? I would say that NFL players do read or post on message boards. Pretty much anyone who posts on twitter, or their Facebook page is a web poster.

All right, Coach got me. I'm actually Ben Roethlisberger. And I'm really hurt by some of the comments many of you have made about me this year. But I'll be smiling last holding up the Lombardi in February. Dilly Dilly!!!

Haunt us? The Jags whooped our butts that day. They earned that win and the Steelers weren't even competitive. I would say that if we went out and blew the game and lost by a couple of points, but that wasn't the case at all.

The Steelers will likely have to get their bye through NE. The Jaguars schedule is laughable. They play Seattle on the long trip for the Seahawks which is tough for them and the Titans week 17. I dont see them losing any of tge rest of the games which are laughers.

Yes they did BUT that won't be the case should there be a rematch. It will be a WHOLE different story and the Jag-offs will see what real football is about !!!!!!!

Salute the nation

If you think the Bungles on the road is a cakewalk, you're mistaken. They would like nothing better than to derail our season with injuries. The Rats should always be taken seriously. Anyone who thinks otherwise is a fool. They are the favorite for the last playoff spot, and will come here very motivated.
The Bungles season is garbage and their resident knuckle dragging cretin **** for brains Vontaze "cheap shot" Burfict will have Ben Roethlisberger in the crosshairs. Somebody on the Steelers offense will have to account for that jagoff for sure. I would celebrate if the Steelers O Line wasted one down and collectively gang smashed that prick!

This is the propaganda the Jags are spewing on Twitter. Jag-offs are pretty high on themselves after a saving grace win against the Stains and a rookie QB. However, everyone is right. We can't flinch or we will be on the road for the playoffs.

Those ***** have been licking the bottom of the carp pond for God knows how.many years...hahaha. They have accomplished absolutely dick since their ******* inception in 1995. ******* poser fans. At least they have something to cling to because the Gators&Noles suck fermented monkey balls this year.....can you tell i hate those teal fags?..haha

Don't know about 2-4 losses, but definitely agree with 1-2. They're winning ugly, which can just as easily result in a loss.

The bottom line is the team is in the final 3 rd of the season, has two road games vs losing teams left, and if they win out, they get the top seed... tge bears loss was a road game and the Jags loss was against a likely playoff team... neither are terrible losses and the season to date has been one of the bestunder Mike aTomlin

Talk about Clock management..Jags lose

Jags finish and Steelers finish exactly the same. Caught between being aggressive and playing for ot. Jags and Packers paid.

Jags were so deep in their end, they should have just run out the clock.

That Jag loss plus a late night win is looking pretty sweet right about now.

Jags have some tough games remaining. We have 3 divisional games, NE* and Houston. We should be able to finish ahead of them for the #2 seed at the bare minimum. Its that #1 seed we need to clinch though.
