Official Prediction Thread - Steelers/Titties

I'm hoping we were looking ahead to this game and the injuries on D don't get us killed. Burns needs to stay disciplined in the secondary or we can count on another long TD or two.

Steelers - 31 (yes, we will break 30 for the first time this year)
Titties - 24

JuJu "kitty" energy w/team win....................................31
Who's **** are they showing.........................................23

Salute the nation

The Titans are a decent team who has won 4 games in a row.

They score more points then we do. They are better at forcing turnovers and commit fewer penalties. With Haden out, the pass defense could become an issue. Dick LeBeau, the Titan's defensive coordinator knows our offense as well as anyone. Since that 57-14 loss in Houston on Oct. 1 , the Titans have been among the NFL's stingiest defenses ranking third giving up 253 yards per game behind only Carolina (246) and Minnesota (246.3). The Titans also are fifth against the run (83.7 yards) and the pass (169.3 yards).

On the plus side, we have more talent and are at home.

I do not like our coaching early in games. While we are 7-2, we beat the Colts by 3 ( and had to come back ) the Lions by 5, and the Browns by 3 points ( thanks to a blocked punt score for a TD ). While it's clear the Steelers are a top NFL team, they should not have the problems they do vs lesser teams. If they played a better opponent they likely lose.

Bell's lack of explosiveness, AB's suddenly dropping passes and being outplayed by Ju-Ju, and the tackling on defense are issues, and vs. a good team on a short week, I'm calling a loss.

Steelers 20

Titans 23

Going against the grain this week.

Dude they just faced the Dolphins, Colts, Bengals, Browns, and Ravens. Winning by less than a score in all of those games except 1. Of course they have 5 straight wins.... In TEN the game would be more competitive, in PIT, it will not.

...Steelers - 31 (yes, we will break 30 for the first time this year)

Agree that they'll finally get off the under-30 schneid. The Colts game will be the Steelers' laxative for the remainder of the season:

Steelers 34
Titans 17

Steeler O tired of looking bad and come in loaded for bear ready to kick *** and take names, plus they have home field advantage and the **** D isn't all that. Killer B's decide it's time to put up some f'n points goddammit. Steelers utterly demolish the ****.

Haley's Comets 23 with a Boz FG in OT.
**** 20

Steelers 17
Titans 10

Thursday night = sloppy ball by both teams

It's game day!! And, I'm still feeling like we finally reach the 30 point mark. I will stick by my prediction, 31-24.

its either a steeler win by blow out,,, or one of those games where the Titans squeak by ,,, Who the hell knows really? We have the players for the blow out. We have the coaches for the Titties to squeak by.

Well since they sucked coming out off the bye week is stands to reason they will come out blazing in the short week.

Steelers 34 Titans 21

Steelers 23
Titans 17

I think they will lose tonight, though hope they don't. Then we will get to hear all kinds of excuses about a short week causing them to be unprepared, unlike the two weeks they had before the Indy game.

I never bet against the Stillers so I'll not start now.

Just the fact that we are not playing solid as a team yet and they are scoring better than us AND I'm a fan of Mike Mularkey's style of offense. Ya never know what he's got in his pocket for ya. There will be a couple surprises for sure and that rookie Taywan Taylor is the perfect match for one of them Mularkey's tricks. Here's hopin' for a good show and another W.

GO STILLERS

So a couple of "hars" till kickoff.
I don't give a **** what the score is,
Only that the Steelers have more points.
The way I roll.

Given that... 41-16 us. **** the ****

31 to 17 good guys

Lots of people out, Harrison, Haden, Feiler, Hawkins. Ok not greats but back ups and Harrison. Dam! DL home for the first time here to prove something. BUT, My gut says to close to call. Hope I'm wrong! Ben has a great record in National games.
