Good job to whomever wrote this article. I saw DK article and the thing I took it from it was how much all three young players pointed to Mitchell and Gay for their leadership work. From Mitchell hosting the guys over his house every Thursday, to getting guys lined up correctly(Hilton said he was confused in Cleveland and Mitchell knew he was before he even said anything and got him corrected to save a busted play), to the guys being able to go to Gay and Mitchell in meetings. I said the other day Mitchell will never be a ballhawk back there but he gets everyone lined up and is an intimidator back there. He would of fit in beautifully on the early 2000s teams before all the rule changes
