What a difference a week makes! I swear to god Tomlin doesn't prep for teams under .500. I'd love to know his win % vs teams +.500 or more. I had a feeling all week long the Steelers would come away with the Win vs the Chiefs despite the poor performance last week. We just match up very well against KC! Bring on the Cincy Bungles and their Burf Defect LB'er and group of Thugs!

Game Balls:
LeVeon Bell - 32 carries 179 yds 1 TD 3 rec 12 yds - 191 yds from scrimmage. Great running today LeVeon Bell vs the Chiefs
Antonio Brown - 8 rec 155yds 1 TD - Incredible concentration and body control by Brown on that TD reception to put us up 9 points late in the 4th QTR. Also congrats on passing Lynn Swann on the All-Time TD catch list.
O-Line - The hogs up front today really pounded the Chiefs front 7 all day today for three quarters
Sean Davis - Most notably his effort to rip the ball from the Chiefs TE in the endzone that was what your suppose to do
James Harrison - WELCOME BACK DEEBO! He didn't play much but he was very effective 3 tackles 1 sack that put the Chiefs in 4th & long on the final drive! KEEP DEEBO GOING! He's just getting warmed up!
Stephon Tuitt - His stats won't show it but he was all over the field today. Really collapsed that pocket
Mike Hilton - This kid really came to play today....two key blitzes forced early throws including one late in the 4th QTR when Artie Burns missed his assignment as Robinson was wide open for an easy TD if Hilton didn't get pressure on Smith!

Game Goats:
Mike Mitchell - If this guy wasn't a Steeler I would hate this ******! He's absolutely terrible! Doesn't belong on the roster!

I would also add Tomlin to the Gameball list (I know shocking!). He had the team prepared today, and he got screwed on his challenge, he was 100% correct. If he could only do this consistently!! But good job today Mike.

I would give McDonald more snaps over James. He's a much better blocker. I'd like to see a breakdown of how the Steelers run with him, and without him. Oh, he can also hit a big play, something James almost never does.

No way burns gets a game ball. His play caused the momentum to change in the fourth quarter. 60 yards TD, missed coverage, missed tackle, TD.

To be fair, his personal foul penalty was not his fault. I'm not sure if it was Matakevich or Chickillo that was running with him and tripped him up, and he fell into Smith unintentionally.

Unlike past years, I don't think the team came out that flat in the two losses. Turnovers are what cost us both games. Take care of the ball, and both are ugly, grind it out wins. I'm also glad Tomlin resisted the urge to go for 2 when we went up 8-3. That extra point made it a 2 possession game for most of the second half. KC would have had a chance to tie the game after their late TD had it only been an 8 point lead.

I don't know if the hamstring is affecting his play, but he is not close to making plays in coverage. At least Davis stole a TD today for our D! That's why we spent money on Mitchell, to make those plays, and I'm still waiting. I'd rather have JJ, because I know he'll play his assignment with intent, and not out of control.

He wasn't perfect, but he also had a few REALLY nice plays on the ball to break it up, as did Davis. I think he played well overall. What pissed me off more than anything on that TD was the fact that Gay literally ran away from the receiver! WTF was that?

I love Davis. I know Coach is hard on him, but I love his athleticism, and I love that he continues to improve incrementally, each game.

Burns is going to be great. He learned a valuable lesson today. You don't stop playing your man, no matter what the game situation. He will get ripped in the film room by coaches, for allowing that receiver to go uncovered while he's watching the QB in the backfield, instead of the receivers in his deep third.

You got that right, the part about these young guys getting better and better as the season progresses. GAy is **** and HILTON just keeps getting better.

Far better route runner than James, he just needs to worry about catching the ball not YAC or anything else.

I think Old McDonald has a lot more "FIGHT" in him also. He wants the ball and doesn't want anyone taking him down. I think he has better tools to work with than Jessie. Jessie is a fan favorite due to his hard work ethic but I think Vance brings more to the table.
