I'd assume that LJ Fort would be inactive. Harrison would have no problem playing speical teams. He actually enjoys it. He did it when he was a starter and NFL DPOY. No reason why he shouldn't be out there on ST again at this point in his career.
Fort has been getting snaps in games. If they've been activating 3 QB'S (not sure if they have), that would be my first guess. No need to have 3 QB's active. Fort, Dirty Red and Moats are 3 choices otherwise.

He’s not just any 39 year old player. He’s a freak and absolute beast. The man is in better shape, and way stronger, than any of the other OLBs. Hands down. He may not be as fast, but he is still very strong on the bull rush. Has great moves to get under most OLinemen and has experience. Plus the dude is a leader. Something we sorely need.
It’s not like he’s some washed up OLB off the street.
Sigh...this pains me to say....but I think you guys are setting yourself up for disappointment. This is not James Harrison circa 2012. It sounds like a superhuman effort is what is expected and that just ain't what you are gonna get. All season long it has seemed like the pulse of the Nation feels that as soon as James gets in there all problems will be solved and we will dominate. I just don't see that. I definitely don't sit Watt for him and I don't think I would sit Dupree for him either at this stage in his career.

He doesn't have to be the Deebo of 2012, he just has to be better than who they're trotting out there now. Durpee hasn't done jack this season and I don't think being better than him will be a problem.
Again, I think it's possible they're not playing him either to 1) save him for later in the season or 2) if a 39 year-old proves to be their second or third best LB then it reminds people of how many draft picks they've missed on.

Silverback gets held on an outside move that goes for a good gain.
Next play he lines up inside, fakes in, and rips outside for the sack. Harrison is smarter and stronger than any LT he will face. Get him on the field on passing downs!
