You got a bunch of trolls in here who hate Tomlin because they believe he doesn't deserve the job. They believe that the Rooney's hired him solely for his melanin count. In their eyes, he can do nothing right.

What I'm saying is that we win and lose as a team. THEY are the ones saying it's all on Tomlin. I'm the one saying it's on everybody. But you knew that. Because you can read. You just don't want to address all the politically motivated Tomlin hate.
 
He's been here 11 years no one cares about why he was hired. We are concerned with his inept game day coaching, losing consistently to bom feeders, not having the team prepared and his constant excuses and bullshit. Imagine this team with a true Z and O coach or a great motivator instead of the same old same mold Tomlin

You've been here a month. I've been on this board for 20 years. Since Kordell was our QB. They ABSOLUTELY care why Tomlin was hired and have said as much. Many, many times over.

When a team underperforms in every aspect, and plays sloppy, highly undisciplined football, it's natural to look at a head coach as the root cause. Are you suggesting that any criticism of this head coach is racially based? Or maybe that because he's black he should be above criticism?

I already stated that Ben threw into coverage, while others were open. Ben Sucked. But coaching also sucks.

Exactly. If you want to see why these protests began go search "police crime" on YouTube. A significant number of the videos show just that, police committing crimes under the cover a a badge. God knows they have a tough job. but there are a number of them that get off on the power and nothing else.
