Liberal Heads Asploding Alert!

Trump Blasts Socialism at UN: ‘Failed Ideology’ that Causes ‘Poverty and Misery Everywhere’

President Donald Trump took aim at socialism and left-wing ideology during his speech at the United Nations – specifically in the context of Venezuela, a socialist state currently experiencing the worst humanitarian crisis in its history.

“The socialist Maduro regime has brought a once thriving nation to the brink of total collapse,” Trump said. “This dictatorship has inflicted terrible pain and suffering on the good people of that country. This corrupt regime destroyed a prosperous nation, by imposing a failed ideology that has produced poverty and misery everywhere it has been tried. ”

“The problem in Venezuela is not that socialism has been poorly implemented, but that socialism has been faithfully implemented,” Trump continued. “From the Soviet Union to Cuba to Venezuela, wherever true socialism or Communism has been adopted it has delivered anguish and devastation and failure. Those who preach the tenants of these discredited ideologies only contribute to the continued suffering of the people living under these cruel systems.”

Senate confirms President Trump's pick for top Supreme Court lawyer

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The Republican-controlled U.S. Senate on Tuesday confirmed President Donald Trump’s nominee to serve as his administration’s top advocate before the U.S. Supreme Court, overcoming united Democratic opposition.

Noel Francisco, a Washington lawyer with strong conservative credentials who previously worked in Republican former President George W. Bush’s administration, was confirmed by the Senate as U.S. solicitor general on a vote of 50-47.

All the Senate’s Democrats voted against him except for New Jersey’s Robert Menendez, who is currently on trial facing corruption charges in Newark.

What is it with Hollywood, Elites and Liberals in general looking like they just crawled out from under a bridge? Is this what the cool kids are doing?

I wouldn't call them cool, but yeah...lol.

And why was Manafort wiretapped? Well we'll answer that with another question that not even the Trumptards can answer without being honest: WHY are you offering private briefings on your campaign to Russian oligarchs????????????

Can some Trumptard please make a feeble attempt to answer that?

I didn't realize it was illegal to talk to Russians.
Everybody does it.

That's called 'posturing' you moron.

Laundering ends with ing, but that's where the similarity ends. I know you're too blind to comprehend this, so ask a CONservative butt buddy.

Trump calls for BOYCOTTS of NFL teams whose players refuse to stand for the National Anthem

President Donald Trump has ratcheted up the national controversy over black National Football League players who refuse to stand while that U.S. National Anthem is played before games.

During a Friday night political rally in Alabama, Trump caled on fans to boycott teams that allow players to engage in that particular form of protest.

The league's TV ratings have slid since quartrback Colin Kaepernick, then the leader of the San Francisco 49ers, began the trend in September 2016.

'Wouldn't you love to see one of these NFL owners, when somebody disrespects our flag, to say, "Get that son of a b***h off the field right now! He is fired. He's fired!"' Trump boomed.

His crowd applauded and chanted 'USA! USA!'

The outspoken president also said American football is 'not the same game anymore' since referees have clamped down on aggressive tackles, throwing penalty flags whenever they hear the crack of a vicious hit.

'They are ruining the game, right?' he asked. 'They are ruining the game.'

Players on the field 'want to hit,' he complained.

'But you know what's hurting the game more than that?' Trump asked. 'When people like yourselves turn on television and you see those people taking the knee when they are playing our great National Anthem.'

'The only thing you could do better is, if you see it – even if it's one player – leave the stadium. I guarantee things will stop. Things will stop.'

'Pick up and leave. Just pick up and leave.'

How about this one?
“I watched for a couple of minutes. Two guys, just really, beautiful tackle. Boom, 15 yards! The referee gets on television, his wife is sitting at home, she’s so proud of him. They’re running the game! They’re ruining the game. That’s what they want to do. They want to hit. They want to hit! It is hurting the game.
I like that the man speaks what he feels.

Love the guy as a Pens player.
But he has that liberal/harry potter look. Everytime I see the left on pics or tv. I have to laugh. They all look alike

Trump is a moron. I say that having voted for the guy. Jesus, could he be any dumber. Yeah, when it comes to race, Obama was divisive. But I don't think anyone is gonna call Trump the great uniter. Like Obama, Trump had an opportunity to bring this country together. Like Obama, he is failing on a level not seen in human history. What so many fail to realize, the players are free to kneel during the anthem. It is the type of ideal this country was founded on. I do not like it, I do not agree with it, and I think their message is not based entirely in fact. That said, I would never take that right from them. Ever.

Trump so desires attention, for what reason I cannot fathom, and it is afucking problem. He was hired to do the people's work. Not pick fights over Twitter. Yeah he has made billions, obviously a great business man. As President of the United States, he sucks. Worst president in my lifetime and it isn't close. Aside from Gorsuch and executive action, the guy has been completely impotent. Don't know how anyone can get behind this knuckle head and the **** he pulls. ****, handle the people's work, stop the petty nonsense.

Only going to address this portion. I am in violent agreement. Totally. I forever stand for the rights of idiots, white supremacists, BLM, and so forth to be able to say what they want. That Right is essential and undeniable.

But his message...use your dollars...walk out...boycott the NFL...is the same exact right. Just because they want to kneel in opposition to the USA doesn't mean that in opposition people can't boycott. It's the same freedom of speech. There is no problem encouraging that.

Yeah but how many presidents say **** like that? Against players in a league that is 70% black? Calls them "sons of *******"? Really? When you have 50% of America (at least) calling you, or at least open to considering that you are a racist? Seriously? You can defend a lot of things, but Trump is a ******* idiot. It is not his place to even weigh in on this topic. He doesn't get to tell people what to believe, what to protest, or who should be employed based on what they believe.

He called those who protest sons of *******. Not all black NFL players.

And to be fair, the precedent for a President telling people what to believe, what to protest began 9 years ago and we warned then it would start a new tide none of us wanted. Obama may have done so more eloquently, but he did so.

Really? That is your distinction? The protesters? Pretty sure all the black players and a fair number of the white players are behind those protesters.

As far as Obama, I am pretty sure I said as much.

Cripes, in a nation so racially divided, regardless of where it started, you are going to intentionally make it worse? Look, he talked a good game on the trail. He has failed to this point. ****. Why is it so hard to try to unite this nation, make it work for all of us? No let's make the divide even bigger. But yeah. Yaaaaaaaaaaay Trump. You said nasty **** on Twitter. Wooooooo!

I'm with you, I'd like to see someone UNITE this country. I'm also however a realist. The political game has gotten worse, more sinister, for decades.

Example: The more lobbyists affect Washington and line the pockets of politicians, the greater the game becomes, the greater the dollars become and the problem grows and grows.

Another Example: Urban violence. Violence begets violence. It takes a massive force to stop those types of tides. That's why we see places like Chicago get worse, and worse, and worse. It's rare to see someone like a Rudy G. come along and turn the tides in a place like NYC.

I'm merely pointing out that the political game shifted quite a bit under Obama. He told us what was important and to be protested, and ridiculed rights and values Americans held near and dear to their hearts at the same time. And people warned, it's going to come back...worse, if we get one of ours elected. And in ways it has. I wish Trump would do more to unite personally.

But don't be one of those people saying it started with Trump. It didn't. He's just elevating the game that's been played. And it'll keep getting worse until we have some fundamental change - a new dynamic change-agent President or something drastic happening in this country.

I'm by no means 100% on board with what this man does. But I do like the shake up. Very much. And I have little problem with him telling Americans - albeit not eloquently - boycott if you have a problem with a billion dollar enterprise that reaches millions of children and Americans portraying values you disagree with. No problem with that at all.
