I had coffee with a friend today and she made a really good point. Something I didn't even think of actually.
Why doesn't he pick her up? I mean if somebody you cared a thing about was lying unconscious on the floor, you'd pick her up in your arms, or at least carry her over your shoulder. He's certainly strong enough to do that. No. This dude drags her out of there like she's nothing more than a dead animal that he's about to harvest. Seriously, there's no care there, there's no emotion. He doesn't care a thing about her. He just drags her out after kicking her legs around a bit.
That's kinda cold man. He doesn't give a rat-**** about that woman. (pardon the pun.) Anybody you cared about ONE BIT, you'd pick up. You'd see if you'd hurt her. No matter how angry you were, the moment you saw she was down and not responding you'd see if she was alright. He doesn't do that at all. For all he cared she was stone cold dead. He just stands there and looks at her. I don't even think he tries to see if she's breathing or checks her pulse. We can't hear sound so perhaps he can hear her breathing, but from the video we see, this guy is flat out cold.
She needs a restraining order on him yesterday. He shouldn't be allowed within 250 yards of her or her children.

He has the right to defend himself but he does not have the right to assault her. He could have easily just put her in a bear hug or held her at arms length. How do you ever hope to resolve the issue of domestic violence if you're only going to prosecute return-fire? That makes no damn sense at all. Women have to be held accountable for their actions, just as men do. If a woman escalates a conversation to violence, and her actions precipitate more violence then it seems only logical that preventing the inciting attack is key.
You're basically saying we shouldn't have retaliated for 9/11 because we have more firepower. And I call bullshit.
