On one hand, there’s veteran back-up Bruce Gradkowski deftly avoiding simulated pass-rushers (flying blocking dummies). On the other, there’s Ben Roethlisberger. His style isn’t so much showing acts of avoidance as it is taking obstacles head-on and removing them from his path.

The clip, presumably shot during training camp last season, shows the lighter side of Roethlisberger, as well as an impressive display of agility, leaping high to knock down the would-be tackler out of the sky.

Whether that tackler was meant to simulate a flying Troy Polamalu isn’t explained, but it’s an enjoyable thought.

One of those Twitter accounts with a huge following posted it as a meme. I know it's old, but that is one of my favorite football clips. Vintage Ben.
