They want to trade him, and the bengals have traded to us before. Why wouldnt they?
who says they want to trade him? last I saw out of lewis was they were not putting him on the trading block and would not seek out deals for him

I have been an Alabama fan my hole life thanks to my grandpa, and I watched him every sat and he did almost beat us. I just feel he would be a good guarterback. Would he be a bradshaw or big ben? I cant say that. But just think he would be better than jones. By the way im new on here and I have been a steeler fan for life!!!!
i searched aj maccarron and all the stories he is not on the market.....
and what would you give up for him that the bungles couldn't get elsewhere? They likely want running backs and that is not a deep position on the Steelers team....
Thing is if we are going to trade for someone it needs to be a corner or a pass rusher.... or even a number 2 WR, but a QB?

Pass rusher no doubt. I wouldn't mind McCarron in the B&G. Katherine Webb in Steelers gear on sundays too is a plus

Good question!!!!!!!!! Just a thought.
I like McCaron, too, but unless he hits free agency, the Bungals would try to rape us for him. With Dalton's salary, there's no way he would unseat him for the starting position, unless he blew their doors off.

I see you are from Florida?? I lived in Fort Pierce about 3 years
nothing wrong with wanting mccarron.....but thinking that at this point the Steelers are going to offer up what it would take to get him is a bit of a reach....especially since if he was truly on the block teams with much greater needs at qb would offer the moon and stars to get the kid
