mock the mock

T.J. Watt - LB, Wisconsin

it was only one round?

Lawson or Watson

It'll be interesting to see if that happened and if the Steelers would actually take a problem child in Williams in the first round. With all the recent drug issues and giving Vick a shot, who knows any more.

Watson was picked before 30?

Tim Williams. no sense in mocking it.
EXACTLY the guy we need.

Scouts say he struggles with Alabama scheme and needs to have things simplified

He's like the Predator. When he's allowed to do just one thing -- get the quarterback -- he is really good at it. Don't ask him to do much more than that

plus his legal issues....

Tyus Bowser posted better stats at the combine...all williams has over him is he went to bama.....but Bowser has gotten better each season

And, Watt had a very good season in his first season at DE/OLB. Dude is an athlete with obvious football smarts, football genes and has tremendous upside.

you must be getting ******* high with him. one article compares his drug issues with Randy Gregory.

I have to agree with Ark on this one. Too many off the field issues. If not for those I bet Tim Williams would be a top 15 pick. I would go with Watt or Adoree Jackson.

I liked Reuter's pick of Takk. Not on board with Williams at all for the issues others have discussed. Jeremiah had us taking WR Mike Williams. Not fond of that one either. I think Bryant comes back and terrorizes the league. And they grabbed Hunter as insurance and could possibly add in the draft.

Takk is the right scenario for me now. Value and need all bundled in one. I think it was the Utah tape where he is at a full sprint chasing Joe Williams on an eventual 55yd TD with 10mins left in the 4th qrtr. I like that hustle, shows a lot.

Lawson or Watson

Lawson?

Is it just me? I cannot see Lawson going in round one nor can I see him at ROLB. He may be OK at LOLB... but we (hopefully) already have one of those? Has anyone watched how Lawson turns a corner? It's like watching a tugboat! He may be able to go THRU a LT... but he will not be going AROUND many.

And Williams? Good grief! Give me Watt or Rivers... or Willis or Hendrickson or Bowser later
.

Dupree is more athletic and could easily move to ROLB, We need a rushing specialist that can play closer to the line and bring instant pressure

in fact I prefer Lawson and Harris ahead of McKinley

Budda Baker S Washington - could give the steelers a pair of coverage safeties along with Davis. Can play in the nickel as a rookie and then take over for Mitchell.

CB is pretty deep so they would be able to grab one later. The OLB i'd like here is Ryan Anderson but it may be a bit high for him. My other consideration would be David Njoku TE Miami. He would immediately be a weapon as a receiving TE and could be BPA at pick 30.
