I was under the impression that you could only tag the same player 2 years in a row. This story seems to indicate otherwise. I would give Bell the non-exclusive tag. If another team wants to overpay him and give us 2 1st round picks, given his injury history and off the field issues, so be it!

I might go for that too. We would be dead in the water without him this year unless we draft a surprise like Zeke (or even 80% of Zeke) but 2 1st round picks would be hard to pass up.
