It was supposedly on the sideline, and one of the guys that covers the team and was at the game brought this up before the NFL Network guy did, and when Ben got as asked if he had to settle Brown down after that td, Ben said, "umm I don't remember"

"Antonio Brown was open in the back of the end zone. He hung his head after that touchdown," Kinkhabwala reported on NFL Network on Tuesday morning. "He was the last player to walk off the field. Ben Roethlisberger had to meet him at the sideline and then talk to him for a few minutes." Later on the channel Kinkhabwala added that "this is nothing new" with Brown, who was told to "stop chasing statistics" by Tomlin last year.

"I was sitting with Hines Ward ... we were sitting next to each other last night, DeAngelo Williams scores the Steelers first touchdown. Antonio Brown was wide open in the back of the end zone and he pouted. Guys, he pouted! His team just scored a touchdown and he was upset that he was wide open and Roethlisberger didn't go to him. Roethlisberger was then waiting on the sideline, Brown was the last player off the field. Roethlisberger had to talk to him. Instead of those minutes next to Todd Haley ... he had to sit and worry about Antonio Brown's ego."

It was a run play so I'm not sure why he thought D Will was going to throw to him..He's not even standing in the endzone. Sounds like someone had too many to drink.

Maybe. If I have time I'll cue up the game film and see for myself what happens on that play.

He's the best WR that Ben has ever thrown to, don't be stupid and name Hines. By all means, let's run him out of town and keep all these sorry *** ***** who can't catch? You guys are ******* unbelievable. Ben retiring isn't the only thing that would send them back into the ******* people. People are saying we get Bryant back? That ******** is about as reliable as a Camaro with a Yugo engine in it. By all means though all you Madden '17 experts, have at it.

Because somebody said so? I mean, him being in the shot you posted doesn't prove he wasn't in the back of the end zone like they heard........Lemmings.

Sounds like some reporters like to stir the pot. I dont know what happens in the Steelers locker room. Sure Brown can be a diva, but more often then not the guy backs up his talk with his play. I think a rumor was stirred by a fan, and now with Ben announcing possible retirement, someone just wants to start drama

What the **** are you even talking about. I'm defending Brown.

I think he is insinuating that a picture is worth 1000 words. The pic you posted proved that he could not have been at the back of the EZ as was reported. Just my take on it.

Brown looks nowhere near the back of the endzone in that pic.

Would anyone give multiple 1st and 2nd rd draft picks for brown? Don't attack just curious

I call bullshit on this story, Steelerfan81 is correct.

Brown is nowhere near the endzone on this play. He's lined up to the left, it's a run play from the beginning, he doesn't run a route at all. Watches DWill score, raises his arms to celebrate, joins his teammates in the endzone, jogs off the field. On the sideline, Ben just pats him on the helmet and he moves right past him. There was no discussion at all between AB and Ben on the sideline. Sounds like someone trying to start trouble. Having said all that, I still think the Steelers are concerned about AB being a bit selfish and too self-centered. But this story that was put out by NFL Network is a bunch of garbage.

See for yourself. Screengrab sequence from the DWill TD:

1 - AB lined up to the left

2. AB engaging CB as DWill fights his way to goalline.

3. AB watches DWill score.

5. AB in endzone with teammates

6. AB on sideline after getting pat on helmet from Ben, no discussion at all between them

Somebody heard from somebody, who knew the cousin of someone, that said he was though. The locker room thing was dumb as ****. Anybody who wants to run him or Bell out of town is a ******* idiot.

this...............

The league has an agenda against the Steelers. ******* punks. Screw rog and the shield

Thanks for those pics btw Tibs. Just adds further proof someone is trying to dismantle the Steelers organization

Yeah, after watching the tape, I can't believe they let that story run, and it's still on the official NFL website. It's fake news if there ever was one. And again, I have no doubt there are those within the org that are unhappy with Brown's ego, but this story that 'AB was pouting on DWill's TD' is pure fiction.

Are they talking about the previous play maybe?

I checked that too, he was double covered in the enzone, Ben looked his way but - wisely - threw to Jesse James to the right that set up the TD run. Didn't see AB do anything there either, after the play. I think we all agree that AB's a bit of a diva, like most superstars in the league. It does seem that trouble is brewing on some level, maybe the Steelers have had enough with AB's overall attitude these past few weeks...

I wasn't there and I didn't see, but a guy from Pittsburgh sports radio who was there, said this happened on the sideline, before the NFL story ever came out, and go listen to Ben when he was asked about it, something happened.
