70 yard onside kick

I don't know how an NFL player lets something like that happen but I remember Barry Foster doing something similar when he was rookie in 1990 against the 49ers. He just looked at the ball while the niners recovered around the 5 yard line.

I remember that one. Drove me nuts.

Almost as dumb as Plexico spiking a live ball when he wasn't down...

The first time or the second time... at least Cowher came up with the BS line about Plex giving himself up after he did it the first time....

You know thats not even my most confounding Plex play.... it was in the raiders game where we were trailing but driving in the two minute offense... he caught a ball at the sidelines and was no where near the first down...there were multiple defenders on him instantly... instead of ...you know... getting out of bounds, cause he literally just had to toe tap his way out... he reached the ball forward for some unknown reason while being held up by a defender and another defender just slapped it away and recovered it to end the game.... Hell my second would be him catching that freaking pass at the end of OT with the falcons and somehow falling sideways and ending up an inch and a half short of the end zone....

I guess they were better with Rex.

Amazing how many of these guys don't know the rules. You could tell Hamilton got confused as to what to do with the ball landing at the goal line. The indecision created a physical mistake and he dropped the ball.

Kind of like the fastest score ever, when our 2 second safety opened up a season for us. I thought that was an omen. Man was I wrong. That season went south.
