His resume is a brief one, I think the #10 would be more than enough, I'd want NE to throw in one of their high picks as well.

There is no one in ten year QB that I've heard of. So they can slightly over draft a QB or they can have the best athlete which there is rarely a substantial difference between 1 and 2.
