Official scorer denies Harrison of tying Gildon

Yes.

It's too bad he's not out there to rush the passer more. He's the only one consistently getting pressure.

I'd like to see him get at least 2 more sacks this year at the very least. That's about the only positive I can take from this season. We sure as **** are not going to the super bowl.

I miss that in his prime Deebo, but he always gives good effort. Kudos to him.

The last I saw the Steelers gave credit to Tuitt, but they may have changed it before the game was over. Their assistant PR tweeted that it was Tuitt's sack right after it happened, haven't checked since.

Like I said earlier, JAMES HARRISON is our best OLB and is nearing 40, talk about low talent on the D. HARRISON is our BEST STEELERS player on the team. Kudos to him and his legacy, something well deserved and earned !!!!!

Salute the nation

Let's also be clear that Harrison isn't much of a factor anymore.

What games are you watching?

He wasn't even out there on the final **** drive. But thank God for that phenom, jar jar.

When he's actually on the field and told to rush the passer, he's at least getting more pressure than the rest. Unfortunately, he spends more time in pass coverage or on the bench.

What you think he would get double digit sack numbers if he played more? The man is old. He gets stood up, choked out and run out of plays just as much as the others do......but he is an oldster. Not a young pup as the others.

I think I said pressure, not sacks. My point is, I'd rather see James than Jarvis. I think he has a better chance than others of making the QB uncomfortable in the pocket, at the least.

That's my point though...I think at this point in his career he doesn't. They all are just bad. At least Harrison has a reason...his age. As I said above. He gets choked out, pushed out and run out of plays just as much as the others do. It is what it is.

Yeah... either way, the defense is just not good. No play makers at all.

Why the hell wasn't he out there on that final drive? Hell he should be starting, Jones sucks, at least Harrison gets some pressure and when he hits a RB they go down

Official scorer credited Tuitt with a full sack and Harrison gets nothing. .

According to Steelers Wire from the USA Today

I know the theory is to let Jones play more and show if he can be the future of the team but Debo still gives us the best chance to win when he is in there. Jones has had his chances. Put Debo in and let Jones spell him. They will both be gone after this year unless Jones takes a back-up LB type contract.
