I get the whole tribute thing by AB. If he wants to pay tribute to Pat he could just write a check to Pat's foundation instead of to Roger. I wonder what he pays for these shoes he has done up. That and the fine would be a nice monetary tribute.

If it is a ridiculous amount sure I am not buying.

Sure it is possible I can not afford it.

Pat Tillman a true hero. Gives up the prime of his career to fight for his nation.

If the NFL is smart, they have an end of the year award in his name. Different than Man of the year, this could be for helping veterans.

If he wanted to truly "honor" him, he should do what his own family is, which is questioning how he was really killed and by who, like his brother is.

Just "honoring" Tillman without bringing this issue to light is cheap and meaningless. Tillman was murdered in cold blood, because the establishment knew their poster boy was about to come home and speak out against the wars.

How else can you explain how you put 3 rounds in the space of a 50 cent piece in his forehead? You need to be 10 yards or closer for a spread that small, meaning the shooter knew full well who he was shooting at. There is no denying it.

Unless AB was bringing that issue to light, all he was doing was doing the Tillman family a dis-service.
