Unfortunately but not surprising the Browns were up 20-2 on the Ravens but now are losing
 
Bengals fans will be whining about the touchdown they did not get because they did not review his kneedownin the endzone. That is what I will have to hear all week here.

That was announcer speak .. if you look at it, his knee came down on the line ... out of bounds
