You will be locked out on game day

Like last year if you're not a contributor you will be locked out approx 30mins prior to kickoff until 30-60 mins after the game depending on the outcome.

So please, be aware of this and please get your subscriptions renewed as I've noticed many have ran out.

For new members part of the reason we do so is to make sure our paying members have the fastest possible experience on game days. I havent seen it happen in awhile as I believe our server can handle it but we used to have the server keep timing out on game day.

Yea, that's why you do it! LMAO.

It's cool, I usually do not like distracted during the game making posts, I pretty much stay out of my office most of Sunday, and def. during the Steeler game, other than to check on fantasy score. Come Sunday, I am glued to my 70" 1080 HD TV with the NFL Ticket, checking every game out that I am interested. I ******* love it. And that's right wig, you get no POP insights game day. None. Even if you tried to pay for them.

that is exactly why they do it....the board would slow to a crawl or just crash on game days.....

The board used to crash on game day, or run slower then Coolie.

It seems dumb to brag about a 70 inch tv yet wont pay $64 to help us out. Thanks.

I have not seen that happen on other boards; game day posting seemed normal as far as I noticed. But like I said, I generally I am watching not posting. When I watch a game, I am totally focused, don't need any distractions by posting.

Yea, I usually don't pay to orgs that generally apply biased standards. I am cool with you, but I am not going to pretend to not notice a myriad of posters are allowed to delve into personal attacks on me, whenever they feel like it, even though I never start that ad hominem stuff.

And even though specifically stated in board rules that personal attacks are not permitted, when it comes to me, they sure as **** are ******* allowed all day, every day. So, excuse me if I am not racing to pay a cent when such double standards are freely and openly allowed.

1. Treat other members with the respect they deserve. This should go without saying, but treat others like you would like to be treated!

2. Insulting and flaming or personal attacks against forum staff will be not tolerated.

The most ironic part is that mods themselves mount more personal attacks, flaming and insults than anyone else. I believe it was Super Dave who posted that I was the biggest idiot to ever post on any board in the history of the Internet yesterday. I had levied no personal attack on him previous to that assertion. All I had done is express an opinion, not insult anyone whatsoever. So, forgive me if I don't pay hard-earned money to people who apply double standards, break board rules constantly and offer a bevy of hypocrisy. It would take a special kind of stupid to do that.

That's cool; I'd rather be actually watching the game, not posting about it. I don't even like people to try to talk to me during the game. I need total focus. That's why I prefer to honker down with my 70", 1080 HD than go out with others. I despise being asked questions when watching the game. I never answer the phone. I barely even text. People try to invite themselves over and I simply won't even entertain that option either. 100% focus is needed. Anything short of that does not fly, period. If I want to sustain personal attacks, there are six other days of the week where I can enjoy that kind of thing. I can live without that for 5 hours out of the week.

And while I won't knock a free site/service, I will knock one that can't handle standard Internet traffic (like all the other NFL team's free forums somehow manage).

So what you're telling me is that you're servers aren't up to snuff compared to sites don't even have the option to pay for???

Not to mention that this site is horrible on most mobile devices.

And yes, fully agree with the double standards and lack of enforcement of the forum rules/regulations.

I once got a 3day ban for replying to a thread asking to "rate Tomlin" and giving him a B- after his superbowl winning year.

If I ever pay for abuse it will be from a woman in leather and holding a whip.

Maybe you should go post on one of those sites Tweak. I certainly don't mind.

And POP, I've sent messages to some users and constantly have went to bat for you. You should have been banned light years ago but I have let you stay. You've caused most of the grief youve gotten by acting the way you did for the first few months you came around. I feel like youve been getting along better lately.
 
Oh, and I view the site on my phone every day. View it in full site mode. It works fine and looks just like it does on a,computer. If you'd like to chip in to pay $5000 for someone to make a full mobile app or page then ill get one hired.
