Here is what I am saying. If a cab driver wanted to start a conversation with me coming out of a casino, I'd say his perception of me would vary based on what happened for me inside the casino.

Do you think maybe he got banned sometime ago and hasn't been back since............??? So being still being banned means he is currently banned on today's incident(s) or years past incidents????
