Shock Poll. Will Bell be able to pass his next NFL drug test?

It has been my observation that two-time losers on drugs often need some time before being able to turn their life around and test clean. Addiction can dominate the average mind.

Judging on Bell's blowing off all tests, and infatuation with the hip-hop culture that not only accepts drugs but in some cases promotes them, I lean towards NO, he won't pass his next NFL drug test.

Coach, you would be absolutely terrific on a SN version of First Take. Get some of the other posters to debate you on Steelers issues a few times each week. 81, can we make this happen?

anybody can pass a UA. you need the right product.

I remember when Staat was drafted , at a Steelers bar near Latrobe this cat was hell bent on getting my signature for his daughter. I think he thought I was Staat. I told him look if I give it to you, you will be highly disappointed. lulz

just like yinz would be if you got Coach's.

My dad is a big guy, ex-college baller, and bears more than a passing resemblance to former Redskins QB Sonny Jergenson. He traveled a lot for work and was in Washington, D.C. once back in the 70's and a guy in the hotel restaurant, he had a few drinks in him, kept pestering my dad for an autograph and wouldn't take no for an answer. Dad didn't want the guy to think Sonny Jergenson was an ******* so he finally signed his autograph on a menu and the guy went away all happy.

yeah hes definitely skip bayless clone

Skip Bayless plays a professional you know what. I often laugh at what he as to say but realizes it's his job to stir the pot.

I hear off camera he's one of the nicest people in the business.

I'll keep an open mind on " Steeler Nation, The first take ".

Sometimes I watch something similar titles " Asked and Answered " with Bob Labriola.

Labriola caught my eye was a teenager as the editor of Steeler Digest in the 1980's. I remember getting the first issue. It was something special as there was no internet back then. Bob's a really talented writer, with a fine sense of humor, but when it comes to high-level football stuff he doesn't go too deep.

My handwriting is pretty poor.

I never got this autograph stuff. I'd much rather shake a celebrity's hand, talk to him/her for a moment, or give him a high five.

It is estimated that 80% or more of the autographs sold in sports stores are bogus. I once received a signed Steeler helmet by Rod Woodson with a certificate as a birthday gift. Hopefully, it's autentic...the dealer had a good reputation.

Rod's handwriting was even worse than mine, but hey he must have signed over 100 helmets that day. It's my second best Steeler item. What's my first? Well you'll have to get to know me a bit better as it has one heck of a story attached to it.

I think the team will put a bee in Bells ear about this and hire some handlers to keep him strait. I could also see them saying he has to attend out patient drug abuse counseling or AA over this. I look at them to tell him he will be gone if he doesn't get right.

Gonna start a poll guessing how many threads Coach will open this season.

Season? I'll set the over and under at 30 for the season for football only posts.

Nothing wrong with high post counts. Shows a willingness to talk about the team you are passionate about.

I don't think I have as many posts...

That may be true, but your "GREAT" post count is still higher !!!!!!

Post count is just a number, including Coach's. It takes all our individual "POST" count to make this board R-O-C-K
