Home Baltimore, Cincinnati, Cleveland, New England, NY Jets, Dallas, NY Giants, Kansas City
Away Baltimore, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Buffalo, Miami, Philadelphia, Washington, Indianapolis

I say we go 7-1 at home, possible loss being Pats or Cinci or KC. But I think we only lose 1 home game.

Away, we go 6-2. Let's throw in one more loss to some bad team some week, as it's Tomlin's trademark to lose to a bad team, and nothing indicates this will change.

That gives us 12-4, and a chance to be the AFC's top seed.

It's time to add a ring.

AFC contenders.....

Denver - who knows who QB will be, lost some key players on D. They don't scare me.
Pats - always a contender, but I have a feeling we will be better. Their superior coaching still a concern though.
Cinci - I feel they will take a step back; lost two of top 3 WRs.
Bills - Probably a 10-6 type of team. But not having franchise QB will hurt them, just like all Rex teams.
Raiders - Actually scare me a tad. They went tit for tat vs. us last season and they will be better. Del Rio's building something. QB getting good. Added some key pieces.
KC- "game manager" QB. Don't scare me.

This is our year (as long as we have some luck on being healthy).

I think the Jets can be a contender if they and Fitz stop with their argument and come to a contract.

So away is actually 6 and 3. Someone's arithmetic is one short.:biggrin-new:

16-0 and #7. Ben is gonna come into the season hungry. AB is gonna be more versatile and quick from his dancing gig. Defense becomes mean as ****--none of the teams scare me except the Pats and Raiders

**** dude,.......HERE it is................Steelers 16-0, Ben 15-0. Opening game Rothlesburger can't find helmet........Laundry has to take first snap, thus designating him as starting QB. Ben comes in and wins this one and all remaining games but still ending up 15-0 as a starter. On to knock the **** out of the patriots in AFCCG. Including where Ben comes off the bench (illegally) and knocks t*mmy b*y the **** out. Ben knew he had No personal fouls so he felt they wouldn't eject him for it. Then on to walk all over the cam newton led corolina panthers. No sacks for ben, either of him or obtained by him. THEN he flips roger off and retires all the while finger banging that DTF chick from georgia, you know, the trouble maker Ho........... 7th HEAVEN

Lol. A man can dream-----^^^ That would be a damn good season

Realistically I say a 13-3 season. A loss to the Pats, Raiders, Jets cause they usually play the Steelers tough

My first thought exactly. Drink IC is hitting the HOT sauce and posting again.

Public service announcement: Please don't drink and post, LOL

Fixed it for you............ more in line. Don't you think Ben Rothlessbergr would LOVE to take a shot on t*mmy b*y, He'd even take the personal foul assosiated with the hit..............

Playing the NFC really helps. The division is awful, and might not have a top 10 team in the NFL. Going 3-1 or better here is a must.

The real challenge will be winning the division. If we don't be better to win the division, the games vs. AFC teams in contention for wild card spots are MUST wins. Possibly the Buffalo or the NY Jets games And possibly the team battling for 2nd place in the AFC North.

New England gets a free pass to the playoffs as the division winner nearly every year because there's never a good 2nd team in the AFC East to challenge them.

Outside of Cleveland, and Dallas, who I always love to watch the Steelers beat, we don't face any teams I think will be 5-11 or worse.

It's too early to make an official call, but 10-6 to 12-4 seems likely. Anything below that or above that mark I think would be flukish.

We still have major problems on defense. The pass defense ranked 30th, and we played 7 backup QB's last season!

Next year we play at least 7 QB's voted into the Pro Bowl's initial roster at one point in their career, and Carr and Smith aren't bums. Neither is Taylor.

Losing Bryant for the year hurts. We are - 6.4 points a game without him in the past two years.

Someone is definitely wrong here lol that puts the steelers at 13-4. Goodell hates us so much he took our freaking bye week away!

I don't think we play them this season.

No we dont. As an AFC contender I mean. Sorry--should've explained that in my post earlier. Lol. Someone stated how Tomlin usually loses to a below to sub .500 team. But those three teams in the AFC are the ones I see as a potential threat to the good guys
