I heard that too. So, now Denver has no number 1 or 2 QB heading into next year. They'll be looking and in FA and/or probably to trade up in the draft.

lol

ESPN's Adam Schefter reports free agent Robert Griffin III is on the Broncos' radar, and "could be visiting Denver."

That's comedy gold!

Serves em right.

I don't think Kubiak and Griffin would geehaw at all.

Can't see him going there.

So now they basically have to start all over on Offense. Makes no sense to me, but whatever.

Heeeeeerrrrrrrrrre Sssss Johnny !!!! Well mr. Elway, I guess Brock won the high stakes game............

Salute the nation

Damn, Texans ain't messing around.

Lamar Miller - RB - Texans

Texans agreed to terms with RB Lamar Miller, formerly of the Dolphins, on a four-year, $26 million contract.

saw somewhere that if Osweiler signed elsewhere, that the Broncos would look to get Kaepernick.

please do

4 years 72 million seems like an awful lot.

****, Brock got paid, 4 years at $72 mil with $37 mil guaranteed. I thought he was a solid performer, but don't know if he's worth that much.

Seems way too much to me. He looked awful in the second half of the regular-season game vs. the Steelers.

His deal just shows how QB-starved the league is right now.

Meanwhile, right after the Osweiler deal was reported, the Rams - worried that the Broncos would go after Case Keenum - placed a first-round tender on him.:

Keenum was 3-2 in his five starts last season. Fisher mentioned that he (Keenum) was an incomplete pass and a missed field goal away from going 5-0.

He's a good kid, and has worked hard. Glad to see him move up.

That's crazy money for an unproven QB. Be funny as hell if he flamed out.

Let the teams overpay for players. We will fill our holes the right way and be right back at it this season

Any chance we send Landry Jones to Denver? Just show them the Ben clips talking him up, "smartest player he's ever been around" et al. Come on Colbert, make it happen! ;)

Good not great prospect, no way you pay 72 million for a guy with 7 starts

This just makes my ****** day....................

they can send us peyton's helmet for Landry Jones, straight up. Is not like it would fit any other player

Elway has been a great GM for the Broncos and by not overpaying for an untested QB is another great move. You can kill your franchise by giving huge contracts to QBs and hamstring your roster as a result. The Brpncos are built to win on defense and the running game so replacing him is not like replacing a Rodgers or Ben, etc.

can't blame their FO for not paying that sum to Brock but it's always good to see a serious contender on your own conference with such a big problem in his team for the next season.
What they should have done is get rid of Peyton after 2014 when he showed he had little left on his arm and work on a cheap extension for Brock. The win now mentality worked but might be starting to show it's ugly other side of the coin
