Looks like we are going to the playoffs.

I never hope for a loss.

I have, however, briefly considered wishing a certain corner would get the ***** and miss the first half instead of ******** all over the field.

Does that make me a bad person?

He did get the same treatment. What's insane is a lot of those same fans try and act like they never **** on Cowher and that he walked on water compared to Tomlin. I personally like both coaches and am grateful that the Steelers are not a deplorable cheating organization like the Patriots or a complete dumpster fire like the Browns.
 
As a Steeler fan, we are in the Playoffs and that should make everyone a tad more cherry right now. We have a chance. The Jets lost that chance. The Rats are golfing, the Browns are blowing up their coaching staff(AGAIN) and some of their FO, Indy will be golfing and all the other teams that will be home next week will go back to the drawing board to get where the Steelers are.

Enjoy it. We were dead in the water after last week's loss and here we are. Let's ride!

I think everybody should go back to the season predictions here in September. We had ,what I thought the toughest schedule we have ever faced based on the previous year. I think I hoped for a 10-6 record. If of course I would have known that Big Ben,Bell,Pouncey,And our starting left tackle would be out for that long I am sure I would have downgraded that prediction . Does this mean we have not had any hiccups along the way? No we have had major farts along the way. But all in all to me a good regular season. We are spoiled. Now go get them in the real season!
 
I'd have liked to see Tomlin gone but **** that. Playoffs. Ben has got to play better. How is Deangelo? Bryant dissappeared. Hurt?

not so far off considering Ben's injuries...other injuries....

no it wasn't...there is a group of posters who consistently post negative **** EVEN after victories and truly seem to want anything to happen to get Tomlin fired....

Back to back playoff appearances sure help doesn't it? Hell, we almost made it as an 8-8 team just a few years ago

DeAngelo tried to get back into the game after returning to the sideline. The coaches took the precautionary route and ruled him out. I fully expect him to be raring to go next week.

I think you are right, he trotted onto the field from the locker room. Didn't seem serious.
 
Yeeeeesssss! AFC is wide open this year. There isn't one team in AFC that you can honestly say is heads above the rest. Not gonna be an easy road for the Steelers, but, I like their chances. 2005-2006 deja-vu?

Nah. If Tomlin can get another Lombardi, he'll head to one of the pre, or postgame clown shows. It's good money to do what we do on here for free, and he'll be good at it. Then he'll be mentioned for every opening for the following ten years. Speaking of openings, it's now or never for Cowher with the Giants gig open.
