Seems we always split our series with them. Already lost to them when we shouldn't have, but round 2 will be different.

Ben is healthy, Fluke-o is out, our "D" is improving, and I think the "O" is actually still improving.

Stillers roll in this one....

Stillers - 34
Ravens - 13

Anything less and I will be disappointed!

Should be an *** cutting. I'm in full throttle mode, as I (hope) the Steelers are, so this will be an epic drubbing of a team that's ready to go home. Would they like to ruin the Steel' season, sure! but, as soon as the offense starts it's roll, they'll know it's time to make vacation plans.

Why am I worried about this game? Harbaugh as a good record vs Tomlin and the Rats often play us tough. We are also coming off an emotional high win over the Broncos.

I also worry a bit about Ravens cheap shots.

I see a more conservative type of game for the above reasons. We are ten point favorites, but I would not be shocked if we lost considering the history.

Outcome: Steelers 20, Ravens 13

Harbaugh has a good record against Tomlin's backup QBs...

Since 2010 Harbaugh has 8 wins, Tomlin 5.

Games lost since 2010 and who was our starting QB:

2010 Lost with Batch, Won with Ben, Won in Playoffs with Ben
2011 Lost with Ben, Lost with Ben
2012 Lost with Lefty, Won with Batch
2013 Won with Ben, Lost with Ben
2014 Lost with Ben, Won with Ben, lost playoffs with Ben
2015 Lost with Vick

So Ben is 4-5 while all other QBs are 1-3. I still like our chances this week!

I, certainly, wouldn't want to examine why one would choose to start with 2010, rather than all of the years both coaches went head to head. I mean, if you did, you might see that the 2008 season was a sweep of the Ravens (2 Regular season wins and 1 Playoff win, all with Ben) and the 2009 season would be a split of regular season games. A loss (by three) with Dennis freaking Dixon at QB and a win (by three) with Ben under center.

So, the Tomlin v. Harbaugh match-up, really, looks like 9-9? 1-4 with back up QB's and 8-5 with Ben?

Too many variables going to get a real feel for it but here goes. That we did not collapse like a tent last week at half time speaks volumes.

Steelers will win in a route.

Them 6

in 2008, we still had key Cohwer players that have in many cases retired. Remember Tomlin took over a super bowl team loaded on both sides of the ball.

LOL. Of course, what was I thinking. All those great players on that SB team coming off of an 8-8 season because Ben was missing for some games. Why couldn't those loaded players on both sides of the ball overcome a few games without Ben?

You may also remember that the "loaded" team did NOT include a crack OL. Cowher won the SB with a pretty ****** OL, IIRC, Tomlin won one with a slightly shittier OL and lost one with an even shittier OL (beat by the Packers who had what may be the worst OL every on a SB winning team).

You may have guessed by now, I am not a "he won with Cowher's players" kinda dude because it is bullshit.
