Why? That's pretty much how the committee has worked so far. Moving teams up and down based on that week's result. Oklahoma had the big win vs Ok State last week and Bama beat ****** Auburn. Don't worry though, Bama will still be ahead of multiple teams that have better wins on their resume. And they will probably go back to #2 after they pound a punchless Florida team.

Where is Iowa's big win? How about OSU? Where's there big win? They beat a 3 loss Michigan team. So I guess they aren't that good right? So big 10 teams can have no good wins but that's ok I guess?

Iowa beat Northwestern and Wisconsin and is undefeated.

Bama beat Wisconsin, LSU, and MS. State. Iowa hasn't played even the top teams in their own conference. They don't play M. State, Michigan or OSU during the regular season. Sure, but Florida also lost twice. Northwestern is like 13th in the AP, Iowa also beat Nebraska who is very underrated - they are a total of 11 points away from being 9-2.

Then they lost to a bad Illinois team. Then they lose by 10 points to Purdue... yea the 2-10 Purdue team. So they are ranked right where they need to be... unranked.

Alabama is 6 points from having ONE additional win. Nebraska is 11 points from having 5 additional wins and being 10-2 (not 9-2 as I stated) and they beat Michigan State. A mystery team for sure, but not without merit.

Also, Wisconsin is likely underrated as their 2 other losses are against Alabama and North Carolina.

Houston is 4 points (in a game played without their starting QB and #2 RB and losing their #1 Rb in the 3rd Qtr) from being undefeated....

While I don''t think they could beat some of the top teams, they would likely hold their own and I have no doubt they take down teams like Ole Miss and Florida

Iowa has beaten ONE 14th ranked team... ONE. And that was the ranking this week. When you beat teams they tend to fall down.. like LSU. Of course Iowa doesn't have to worry about that since they played nobody ALL YEAR. OSU played NOBODY all year. They've beat ONE ranked team who has lost 3 games. Period. Bama plays in a much tougher conference.

So it doesn't matter that Alabama lost, or Florida lost twice by a combined 32 points, but it does matter that Nebraska lost five times by a combined 11 points? I guess those close losses are more convincing?

If the SEC had 3 teams with the resume of Iowa, Mich State and Ohio State, they'd be saying all 3 should be in the playoff.

I revise my earlier playoff predictions about North Carolina. I thought they would be 8 but they are 10. That means they are only getting into the playoff if they beat Clemson in blowout.

I now think Ohio State will get in the playoff if Clemson loses, unless they get blown out.

You keep saying a "better" win but again it's ONE win because they only played ONE team ranked. It's much tough to beat 3 ranked teams than ONE ranked team. I don't see how you people can ***** about anything. OSU didn't play Iowa. Iowa didn't play Michigan. Mich St. is only playing Iowa because of the championship game. I'm sure the committee would love to put an all Big 10 playoff. I'm sure you'd love it as well.

Last year? Nobody cares about last year. Obviously the team isn't as good this year since they lost to a 2nd/ 3rd string QB at home to a 13 point underdog. Don't worry I'm sure the committee will put OSU in if anything happens. BTW if Iowa falls to Mich. State by 1 point isn't there loss just as good as OSUs? Isn't it better since it wasn't at home and probably against Mich. State's 1st string QB?
