You mean, if you can't do your job effectively, you lose it?? Someone said it in a different thread but as long as shades doesn't see anything wrong with what he's doing, he'll never change anything up.
 
Well Jacoby Jones is fighting the ball so bad right now. He literally has zero confidence. Yet he remains.

And when he finally does reel it in and attempts a return he looks like he's running in a pool. Why not Wheaton returning?
 
The Ravens signed some rookie off of Detroit's practice squad, and he showed more explosiveness on one play than either of the two bums the Steelers have had returning kicks did all year.

But hey, Jacoby Jones ran a punt back against the Steelers three years ago...he must still be good. Right, Mikey?
