I guess Pead wasn't such a great signing lol

This move should have been made in the first place without ever signing Pead.

I guess they just brought Pead in to see if he was any better than Tous.

I'm more inclined to believe that the Ratbirds tried ( or were going to try ) to get him back after losing Forsett for the season.

He got real nice reviews in his time in Baltimore, many were very disappointed about his release. Think Peads injury was a little worse than expected

I likie it when they give relatively unknowns a shot... often the worse that happens is they are just average guys, but for a non drafted player to really stick it takes a ton of potential. tapping that can lead to really great things at times

I agree because I feel there are some guys, worth a shot, but overlooked. I know it cost $$$$ but I'd try a small department (2 employees) to just look at non-mentioned players. Maybe a season I close that shop, maybe not.

Salute the nation

It worked for Willie Parker.

Give the man the ball and let him show what he can do.

I like that the FO is making moves for talent to improve the team in season. Both Todman and Fitz have seen looks from other teams while they were on Practice Squads..
