Let's hope that this F.O. will finally see that Whunt is not the answer.

Yeah we can just stop talking about Munch. The guy wasn't remotely qualified for the job and was in over his head from day one. Whis at least had the credential. I liked the hire. But he's turned out to be just another scrub with an undeserved reputation

Wizzing-Cu,nt needs to GO! Worst play calling I have ever seen. Unbelievable

He hasn't done a damn thing for this team and nobody should even remotely have his back, period.

I always respected Whizzzz. He seemed to be more right than wrong and his trickery was the "IN" thing at the time. I'd take him over many OCs in the NFL.

I think I would rather have Whiz over Haley. IMO, Haley pulls out stupid plays at the worst moments. Like a reverse inside the opponents 20 that gets stopped for a loss of 7 when you've been gashing them up the middle for positive yards and then you're forced to settle for a FG with Scobee Doo. No thanks.

Pretty unsuccessful as an HC. OC must be his niche.

Loved him as an OC. I don't know if I love him as a HC though, plus this Titans team just isn't very talented. What exactly do they expect?

Some people are better as coordinators than head coaches. Toddster, DLB. Curiously The Bruce is a better head coach than he was a coordinator.

Whiz was a few plays short of being a SB winner. Not saying he's great coach but many don't get their team to one.

While true, he's had 2 winning seasons as a head coach and 2 8-8 seasons. The next best are two 5-11 seasons, a 2-14 season and one win so far this year. When that old Warner guy left, Whiz started losing.

Coaches are only as good as their QB. The guys who are all considered the best coaches all have franchise QB's. That's true now and in years past. Paul Brown... Otto Graham. Lombardi... Starr. Noll... Bradshaw. Walsh... Montana. Shula... Griese & Marino. Landry... Staubach.
Bud Grant... Tarkenton. Madden... Stabler. Coryell... Fouts. Levy... Jim Kelly. Jimmy Johnson... Aikman. Belichick couldn't win **** until luck & fate intervened and dropped Tom Brady into his lap. And if you remember, most of those men that continued coaching after their ace retired didn't win dick without their franchise quarterback. Wisenhunt was considered to be a very good head coach when he had a future HOF quarterback. He was a toe tap away from winning a Super Bowl for Petes sake. Remember Dungy couldn't even make it to a Super Bowl let alone win one until he had Peyton Manning as his QB. Cowher couldn't win one until he got Roethlisberger. I don't give a **** how good of a coach you are. You gotta have a stud under center to win consistently .

I don't agree that you have to have a stud to win consistently, but you do to win deep into the playoffs consistently. Winning consistently is one thing. 4 straight years where 5-11 is you best season is terrible. By the 4th year, he should have had some of his stamp on the AZ team, which was losing.

Maybe he wasn't as bad a coordinator as some people thought. I think he continued to call his own game as HC.
