Steelers vs Kansas City game thread

That's OK Big AL learn from it. He's a good player and that's the first play he made all day.
 
Good thing I'm smokin a j of chronic, makes this performance more....tolerable
 
Well....had chances...but theres gotta be a focus on TE defense.....we simply have no answers for TE's ....but we totally missed Tuitt this game.....looking forward to Bens return next week.....its time to exploit our potential on offense.

True but we couldn't cover anyone, especially on third downs. And, our tackling continues to suck. Overall, D is still playing better than expected before the season. With Ben back, we should get back to putting up 30+ per game. We need it.
 
I pray Ben comes back pissed and on fire. You could see it in his face he is going to light it up.

Ah, they had a bad game. Lost a tackle last week, the team has slowly been losing players one after another... Sooner or later a rough spot was going to come along. Unfortunately Ben tends to play pretty rough after injuries as he presses a bit, so Cinci could be rough next week too.

This season may just end up being a "What could have been." Still, the team has shown some heart this year. They really have.
 
If they can win next week and be 5-3 at the turn, I will take that any day with what we have dealt with this year so far. But, winning next week will take our best even with Ben in there. Cinci will light up our D.
 
Gronk with a TD with just over a minute to play....The Evil Empire remains unbeaten.
 
WOw! Jets just left Gronk wide open like we did and he got the TD to seal the game.
 
OMFG...those shady cheatin ******** did that same ******* multi-player shift on the defensive line that they did against us and it caused the Jets lineman to flinch drawing a false start....these ************* will do ANYTHING to get an edge. They are constantly thinking of ways to control a game
 
Huh - Jets with the onside recovery. Now have a chance for a few shots in the endzone.
 
Pats had 11 dropped passes today with LaFell dropping 6 and they still score 30 on the best defense in the league.
 
They let Kelce like every other TE they face have a free release, untouched. When they did the play broke down. Tomlin is a bad coach that players cover for. Good game Blake, AJ is next
 
Rex Ryan is a joke.....expectations high in Buffalo for nothing but BS...THAT is a bad coach right there.........talks and talks, and makes too many excuses...."we're close.......we are close ..." 3 years he will be gone.....

Yep. I'm sure Tomlin tells them game in and game out to let the TE have a free release off of the LOS. The TE KILLS us every game it seems.Tomlin and Butler need to fix this. KC had no WR's that we should of been afraid of and some how we still let the TE beat us ALL game long. Obviously it isn't a quick fix. This has been our achilles heel for a very LONG time.
 
Just wanted to say another great coached game by Tomlin....losing team, Steelers look lost and have no desire to win. First the pathetic Ravens at home, now a 2 win team missing Charles and 3 Def starters?? he preaches next man up...I say we need the next coach up...I see Miami did it, 2 straight wins!

Thanks for popping in ... Did you have anything to say last week also? Or are you just taking the opportunity to spout off after losses? That said, 2-2 without Ben and other injuries to key players ... It's not a "fantastic" job. Fantastic would have been 4-0. However, it's a job that leaves us in place for a playoff run with Ben coming back to take over the offense. Oh, and while we have a better record than Miami on the season, I'm sure they appreciate your support.

Theres room on the Dolphins wagon.......make a reservation. If you'd rather watch Tanneyhill, Lamar Miller and coach Dan Campbell over Ben, Bell, Brown, Bryant then please, tune in to the Fish Network...why waste your time, energy and precious fandom on this horrible band of failures in Pittsburgh ? By the way, NE awaits MIA next week. Reality is a horsekick in the nuts
