Ben will be back soon!

That is all I have. I watched on a choppy feed this week so I may have missed the other play.
 
The Boz remains perfect.
 
I thought Big Al played well last play not withstanding
 
Shazier came back.

I'm still not sold on Ben being ready this week.
 
I didn't go outside and kick my neighbor's *** who decided to start mowing at the start of the 4th quarter.
 
Still a few more games to play. Trap game. Defense played decent, but can only hold up for so long
 
Our three offensive weapons were all involved. Besides that, it was an ugly loss today.
 
2-2 without our starting QB is acceptable.....no one else missing their starting QB is playing .500 ball.

The Steelers just got handled by a team with Alex Smith as their QB without Maclin and Charles and also lost to a very bad Ravens team. You can look at 2-2 as acceptable, but you can also hopefully see the Steelers missed an opportunity at 3-1 or better.

Ohh man...its our 4th string QB man....in a hostile environment on the road....what team wins a game like that with a 4th string QB in his first official start ? Name ANY team.
If we had Ben starting then you could make the argument but this game isn't about losing to an inferior team when you've lost your starter.

Off the top of your head, do you know whom the backup QBs are in Cincy or Baltimore ? Theyre fans don't even know whom theyre backups are because they've never had to see their backups since Dalton and Flacco have been in the league.
 
Worse tackling I ever saw by the Steelers today. Just pathetic.
 
If we can get Ben back and pull out a win next week, we will be 5-3. I will take that in a heartbeat with how the season has started. If we get in the playoffs, no team will want to play us.

Its the NFL.....talent margins are slim....again, if youre playing a team without RBs or WRs but you have your starter at QB, you can fare better than if you have weapons but playing with your 4th string playing his first full game in his career...im not gonna be so critical of this defeat. How many teams in the league play .500 ball with their 3rd/4th string QB ? Some teams don't even HAVE a 3rd string QB.

This team will be fine......Bens coming back and we are gonna execute much much better.....big plays are gonna return

**** that Tomlin doesn't suit up and play. He isn't the one dropping passes, he isn't on defense missing ******* tackles like our heartless defense.
 
Bell was amazing as always. He had 17 touches for 121 yards....7.1 yards a carry.

Since this is a pom pom thread, here is something positive: Those teams going for the wild card with us both lost (Jets/Bills), and the Chargers are down 10-0 early. Nobody will want to face the Steelers offense in the playoffs with all hands on deck...just need to get in to the dance.
 
Bell and AB looked very good. Even Bryant would have had more with Ben in. Heath will still get minimal targets when Ben is back as they will continue to keep him in to block but he will get a few more catches.
 
Win next week and we are 5-3 @ the halfway point. With Bell missing a game, Bryant missing 5, Shazier missing 4, Ben missing 4 and by next week Beachum missing 2. If we can get to 5-3 despite all of that I will take it.

I thought not having Tuitt today killed us up the middle.
 
The D did a decent job given the shifty situation
No injuries
 
Gay was hurt late in the fourth. Shoulder. Let's hope its not the same as Shaziers shoulder.
