After stints with the Jacksonville Jaguars and New Orleans Saints, his most prolific season came with the Atlanta Falcons from 2012-2014. He was signed by the New England Patriots prior to the 2015 season, but was released in September

We work out players on a regular basis during the season. Every now and then a name gets thrown about on social media, but it doesn't mean anything other than Colbert & other GMs always like to know where they can go when they need another body.

The boykin issue is mystifying. I'd expect to see endless articles about how he looks in practice or speculation on his attitude or something. Just not much out there.
