I do like the Bruce, I think he's a great OC and his statistics have proven that. Now he does have a lot of risk with his type of offense but he calls better plays in key situations than Haley does. If the tables were turned, we know where we'd be with Arians right now, top offense again even better than we were before he left, if the Cards had Haley without Ben, Brown, and Bell I'm sure we all know the Cards would be a fail team right now going run run pass. But everything's working for Haley right now so I can't argue with results, but imo Bruce is a better OC in every way compared to Haley.

I am very worried about how Jones will play this week on the road against a good front 7. We need to manage the crap out of him and not think that we've got "Ben Jr." and we're free to open up the offense and pad AB's stats. We're breaking in a new left tackle. The Chiefs offense is terrible --- the only way they win is if we turn the ball over.

Don't get me wrong --- I'll take my chances with Landry over a healthy Vick but this game worries me.

Ha, good one! I just want to see this team keep rolling and not have all the haters coming back in here should we lose to a 1-5 team. (Of course, if you told those same haters back in the preseason that we'd go to KC with Landry Jones at QB, they would say we should be 35 point underdogs)

I have to admit, Vick's performance was reminiscent of quite a few of the games in the Kordy era. Remember some of those atrocities? *shudder*

Like back in '99, when he went 5-11 for 36 yards and 2 INTs, including a pick-six, against an awful Bengals team which eventually finished 4-12. As an aside, Cowher pulled him in the second quarter after they were down 21-3, and Tomczak almost led a comeback, throwing for 264 yards and 2 TDs.

It really makes me appreciate how Ben has made the 150-yard half almost routine.

AB stated in an interview that the back shoulder pass that Jones threw to him was suppose to be a run but Jones gave AB a look that AB knew. Didn't even audible. Jones just pulled up and tossed it. If this is true ...... why has Vick been starting?
