Is there a chart in some dimension where that made sense?

Made NO SENSE. Even Charlie batch could let rationalize it.

two wins with backup QBs some of you idiots try to enjoy the win...........

they have gone for two on the first score of the game....they have said they would go for 2 often.....

yeah, under Ben. He's the one who's practiced all those designed plays to ad nauseum not this 3rd stringer. Percentage of success drops DRAMATICALLY w/o Ben. TomDung should have used his head and went for the sure 1pt to stretch the lead to 3.

Terrible decision.
So was not running out the clock at the half, but was bailed out by the punter.

Oh, and yes, I am enjoying the win and the thoughts of a healthy Ben, Bell, Brown, and Bryant. Break out the killer bee uniforms indeed.

I don't think coach T wanted to put that type of pressure on our young kicker. The obvious choice was to put it on our Vet QB Jones.

The basis for putting the ball at the 20 is to make it only twice as likely to score 1 instead of 2. The risk no longer outweighs the reward. There was plenty of game left to play, nothing stupid about the decision one way or the other.

It's a legitimate and obvious question to ask. So why act like a little ***** when it comes up?

Im thinkin,, bubba isn't a new poster given his 3 posts. Im thinkin coolies a mod and knows who it is. But I could be wrong.

Well if Batch couldn't make sense of it ...well it must have been a really bad call then.

I am all for the 2 point conversion. Nearly anytime and anywhere, but there are certain scoring differences that you do not take the risk. At the end of a game down by 2, you can go for the 2 to win, and I don't fault that reasoning. Being the 3rd Qtr with a lot of time, down by 2, controlling the defense, I would have taken the 3pt lead to go up by a FG. The in game situation was also having Jones just coming in the game. He got a big TD, but I don't risk the extra 2 on a backup QB that lacked the reps this week.

Fortunately it didn't hurt us, but I did not agree with going for 2 in that instance at all.

An obviously stupid decision. I'd like opinions on how to answer the following -

"Nice quarterback roster you guys have, as long as you don't like women or dogs"..

******* love the Steeler Way

Well you can always move on to your next choir boy team with higher morals. Later.

I don't think you are giving Tomlin enough credit. Clearly, you do not understand quantum multiverse theory he was using to make that decision.

But, yea, still it was dumb.
