Warehousing children ... yet one more facet of bullshit under The Great Omnistration

I guess this story isn't getting traction but this is outrageous! Thousands are about to be moved to a Social Security building in Baltimore with our Government asking for an additional $1B...that's BILLION for these illegal childrens care. Where the F was that billion for our own homeless in this country? Is this bizzaro-world? What is going on?
 
Just another in a long list of ways our government is derelict in their duties.
 
Since you guys are great problem solvers, what would you do with them?

Ask God to take car of them.

Why I would put them in nice busses and drop them off Manhattan NY, Hollywood CA....heck I would ferry them over to Martha's Vineyard in MA. MIght even find where 21Steelers21 lives and exit them at your public schools....have your property taxes take care of it.
 
I hear there are plenty of FEMA camps that can house them.

My solution would be to house them, identify where they came from, inform the government from which they came to arrange for their transport back home
and bill that government for the expense while they are here.

That government can then deal with the parents.

If they don't pay the bills, you cut their aid. Most of those countries likely get aid from us. That's what we should do with deportations too. Charge the countries or cut any aid we provide.

Reagan gave it to General Dynamics while throwing mental patients out into the street to save money from state hospital grants and creating the homeless situation in the first place. Greatest president ever................

Sure they were called bums and they were mostly alcoholics. The 'bums'(by the right wing definition) grew exponentially in number when they included mental patients, people with substance abuse and other issues who were now denied treatment thanks to funding being slashed to intervention facilities and inner city programs etc., but hey we got $400 claw hammers, $9000 wrenches, and $600 toilet seats. This is in 1985 dollars mind you.

That's always better than spending it on humans..err..'bums'.

serve soup at a shelter?
bought a homeless man a meal?
helped a homeless person find a job?
helped a homeless person get out of the streets?
have you taken in a homeless person?
