Disappointed that Goodwin is getting cut and it was easy to root for a guy like Wild, but we aren't going to miss any of these guys.

Yeah was kinda hoping Kruger and Ian Wild would've somehow made it, hopefully both clear waivers for us. I have a feeling Wild's going to be something special.

yah i kinda liked the wild white guy myself....not in the like like kind of way but in the football contributing some day in the future kind of way...

WR Kenzel Doe was arguably the worst kick returner ever to don a black and gold jersey. That #82 can finally be hung back in the closet....was a true slap in the face to Stallworth, and Randle El, to a lesser extent.

he ran further on the field than any other kick returner we had... it just was all sideline to sideline

What irks me is the following:

They liked Josh Harris, yet don't trust him in the playoffs. Plays Ben Tate off the street instead. Why keep him if he is not deemed better than Tate?

They like Landry Jones, yet go out and sign a sub-par, over the hill, mediocre QB with tons of baggage. Why keep him if he is not deemed better than puppy killa?

Cut the fat. Move on.

I've been bitchin' about this for years. Must be nice to have all that money to pay someone that you never intend to let play. I guess the scout squad is considered an art form now. Hell, they wouldn't even let Gradkowski play more than a couple plays before they put a banged up Ben back in to hobble around in one game.

Agree on Josh Harris. The kid has ONE ******* play of significance, that long run that got called back. Outside of that, he's done nothing, shown nothing. There will be plenty of veteran RB's out there, or even young prospect RB's that could/should be brought in to replace Harris. Maybe I'm wrong, maybe he's the next Marshawn Lynch he's just hiding it from everyone...

But..but, he's so pumped.

th

Maybe if he got out of the weight room and started playing football, it would make a difference.

Wild and Goodwin are a bit surprising, didn't think either would make the team but i thought they'd make this cut. Perhaps they might be candidates to be picked up by someone else?

I think they both get picked up. Wild should not have been cut. Another fine example of talent evaluation. Oh but wait, we're keeping guys like Archer whose best move is to the sidelines and Josh got nothing to show you Harris. wonderful!

Wild is the only one I am concerned with being cut. Hopefully, they were trying to 'slip' him by like tape stated (we are so good at it).

The guys I want cut badly are Hubbard and J Jones. No amount of playing time is gonna convince me these two 'might' be anything but pathetic. J.Jones gets an unblocked tackle and is out of the game injured. He was getting manhandled by whoever they put on him...pathetic.

I liked Hemer in this game as he was one of the few who really looked like he was playing for his roster spot. The field seemed fine for the Bills players but most of our guys were slipping down constantly. Makes me wonder if they didn't have the field checked out to see which cleats to use.

Not as concerned about our secondary as some because they couldn't change direction without falling down and the Safety play was erratic but I expected as much. This defense is gonna look really bad for a while until they get it together and I expect they will. Tomlin didn't seem to have a starting 11 for this game either on D. it was a mix of starters and 2nd, 3rds most of the first 3 quarters. I guess he knows better than the other 31 teams who like to get it together DURING games that don't count. I REALLY hope we can be done w both Jones' once the final cuts are in. Neither have shown anything at all.

Not much available at this time but I would rather bring in some different faces to shake things up a bit once the final cuts are done. (JD Walton, Antoine Everett are the best C/G out there now, IMO) What they see in Hubbard, I surely don't know. He is horrible on stunt pick up and has zero 'get there' in his game. Finney looked ok but we already have the same player in 'Legs'. Walton could push for more time once he gets his plays down but he hustles at least. Moats and Deebo are still the best we have against the run from the outside. Moats made several plays from across the field after Jones whiffed at the tackle attempt.

Again, the playing surface (or lack of having the proper equipment to play on it), made us look worse than we were, IMO.
