Mark Cuban Nails The Republican Party

Mark will make a fine candidate himself one of these days. I knew him before he got all that Cash Money and he was okay then, I'm guessing he's still pretty solid.

If you don’t agree with every platform of the party not only are you called a RINO, a “Republican in Name Only. You are considered unelectable in primaries and become a source of scorn on Fox News

Well, considering we nominated what many Republicans considered to be RINOs in the last two elections he seems to be a bit off on this contention.

The real problem with the Republican party is we are competing with people who promise free stuff to everyone. Free healthcare! Free food! Free cell phones! Free childcare! Free birth control! Free college! Half the country now resents wealth and success and believes they are entitled to the same things the rest of us have had to earn and pay for.

We can't compete with the goodies they're handing out. That's why we're done.

Mark Cuban praises Donald Trump for being 'the best thing to happen to politics' in recent history

I don't care what his actual positions are. I don't care if he says the wrong thing. He says what's on his mind. He gives honest answers rather than prepared answers. This is more important than anything any candidate has done in years. - Mark Cuban

I agree

Cuban has some points but I think the biggest problem the Republicans have is the media. They fear the media’s talking points, which are mostly slanted to the left. Trump however has turned the tables, and beating down this problem. As such I support Trump. He calls it like it is and has taken back the mic on some important issues.

If Republicans stay home rather than vote for RINO's, then are silly as the Democratic candidate in almost all cases is more liberal.

The way I see it, the 2012 mid term elections were not a fluke, and Clinton is sinking slowly.

Racist.

Agree.

But if they do vote for RINO's because it's the only choice we have, then it doesn't ******* matter.

I am so sick of this social issues stuff.

We didn't bring it up!

Everybody was minding their own business until of few gay people decided they want to be married. They pushed that issue, not us. I wouldn't give marriage, besides my own, any thought if they hadn't brought it up.

I never gave Muslims much thought until 9/11.

Count me in that category too, Ron. After 9-11 I did research on what would make people fly airplanes into buildings. The result of my research was.......Islam.

Yes, of course, 21, the Republicans' problem is that they force candidates into consensus positions.

Unlike the Democrats, who have such wide-ranging views on:

  • Abortion
  • Immigration
  • Tax increases
  • Ever increasing taxpayer funded social programs (daycare, medical care, etc.)
  • Unionization of government employees
  • Union protection for teachers
  • Expansion of government authority to control private industry.
  • Gun control.
  • Government funding of medical care.
  • Government mandates in place of market forces to fix high prices.
  • Support for government monopoly for education.

Why don't you go over the list of the last 10 major Democratic candidates in national elections, and point out the wide range of positions they hold on these many issues.

Go ahead ... or perhaps you can simply admit that Democrats are lock-step robots on every such issue.

Don't forget that the Democrat Party wouldn't let the then-governor of PA Bob Casey (father of our current Senator Bob Casey Jr.) speak at the 1996 Democrat convention because of his anti-abortion views.

So I guess Hillary and Bernie have the same positions on everything. Romney probably would have won if he didn't
change his real beliefs into the conforming positions.

I'm with Coach (and Cuban) on this issue...The Republican Party (of which I am, grudgingly, a member) has the problem of forcing candidates to conform. You can't "moderate" your views on abortion, gay marriage or anything else because the party will denigrate you... and yes, that's why Donald Trump is getting so much love. He doesn't really care what anyone thinks in the party. He's going to run, he's going to articulate his views and he will let the chips fall where they may.

Sad to say it, but it is actually refreshing to see a Republican getting after the media BECAUSE of what they are doing. Trump absolutely destroyed Anderson Cooper a few weeks ago about an unfair question Cooper raised. Trump just took it to him...

As for the General Election...I think Trump wins in a landslide. Hillary and Bernie have no chance at all. You know all those "low information voters" that just blindly walk into the polls and vote for their "celebrity?"... that celebrity in this election is Trump. They LOVE him...because they know him. They know him as a business man...not a politician, so the typical "so-and-so is a racist" or "so-and-so hates women" charges aren't going to fly when it comes to Trump.

Me neither. I knew they dressed differently (the women), but that's it.

See, YOU are part of the problem! You didn't bother to look into all their wonderful contributions to society and love them and praise them. That's why we're in this situation......no one cared about or for the muslims. You just wait until NASA comes out with all that information they were tasked with finding and publicizing. Just wait. It's coming. It is. I swear it is. Just wait.......

I don't know much about Bernie the socialist but I'd bet a paycheck he's more ethical than hildebeast by a country ******* mile. He'd have to be.

I never gave Muslims much thought until 9/11.

This is because Islam is not taught in the USA, and has not been large focus since the Black Muslim movement in the 1960's

Islam is about submission for its followers, and has little room for tolerance of others. Sadly hate is in its DNA. And many of its followers are ignorant by Western Standards, leaving them to translate it literally.

I am not here to say all of any group are bad, rather I am here to say when hate is taught and one can not leave a group without repercussions you have a serious problem.

A sampling:

9:29 Fight and subjugate the Jews and Christians
“Fight those who believe not in Allah and the Last Day and do not forbid what Allah and His Messenger have forbidden — such men as practise not the religion of truth, being of those who have been given the Book — until they pay the tribute out of hand and have been humbled.”

47:4 Behead and slaughter the unbelievers; take others captive
“When you meet the unbelievers, smite their necks, then, when you have made wide slaughter among them, tie fast the bonds; then set them free, either by grace or ransom, till the war lays down its loads. So it shall be; and if Allah had willed, He would have avenged Himself upon them; but that He may try some of you by means of others. And those who are slain in the way of Allah, He will not send their works astray.”

Hey 21, can you let us know when that #1 New York Times best seller is coming out?

Romney lost because the 47% didn't like hearing the truth about themselves.

Me neither. I knew they dressed differently (the women), but that's it.

When I lived in the DC area (pre-911), there was a woman who would go to the fitness center a run on the treadmill covered head to toe. You could only see her eyes and hands. I'd see her at the pool too on 90 degree days. Bizarre sight.

Those things keep their pet lice from escaping.

Go ahead and go over my list, adding in perhaps gay marriage.

Then by all means, list how Hillary and Sanders are different. This will be entertaining.

Man Love Thursday is a wonderful contribution?

Hillary is in deep ****

What's that you say?

The Dems are so desperate that they want AL GORE for President?

BWAhahahahahah!

Al Gore Insiders “Figuring Out If There’s A Path” For Him To Run

Supporters of Al Gore have begun a round of conversations among themselves and with the former vice president about his running for president in 2016, the latest sign that top Democrats have serious doubts that Hillary Clinton is a sure thing.

Please please please please please let it be Al Gore. The only person I can think of with less personality than Hillary.
