Nice article. Sounds like the truth from someone in a position to know the whole story instead of just part of the story. The development seems to go hand in hand with maturity and getting married and the responsibility of being a father. Some folks never grow up, in some ways trying to grow up while being a brand new millionaire can make things difficult as that adds lots of other issues that most never face, it has lots of perks as well but does toss some other **** in the game. Nice to see the end result and that he is sharing it with the younger members of the team hopefully so they do not have to have bad experiences to learn from them.
