Martavis to undergo "minor" elbow procedure

Minor elbow procedure will keep him out two weeks, minimum, I would think. That should lock Wheaton in as the number 2 WR to start the season.

except he missed practice too though

Probably just got a little dinged. Wait for the diagnosis.

I can't imagine starting the season without Josh Harris!!

Suit up Porter. Even at his age he"d be a better prospect.

He's only a year older than Deebo.
So now we're down to how long will the team keep Jones?

Which is why they need a contingency at DE where one of the two getting hurt at a very physical position is a real problem.

I would say right now the SS position is the most worrisome.

Well are the wheels coming off? Jarvis finally had at least a few good plays in between being beaten around like a rented mule and he is hurt. If he has torn a biceps he is likely done with his stint in the nfl. It seems that he might have hit his peak in college and might not be able to go to the next level of performance. The injury will likely heal but with the wrist last year, his lack of power from what has been seen so far, and his back issue which might or might not at this time be a problem for him, seems like his body and over all health might be factors that keep him from being able to play in the nfl.

There have been hints that he needs to improve. Lots of us did not think he was a good choice for the team. I hope he recovers fully and has no lasting problems with this. I really suspect this might be the end to his chance in the nfl.

Shazier and Jones have not inspired confidence in terms of their ability to stay on the field.

I'm starting to worry about Shazier. He missed 4 games with a knee and 3 games with an ankle injury last year. Now he has a back injury. Some guys just have a tough time staying on the field and I'm not liking how this looks right now.

Dupree better turn out to be Jesus in shoulder pads, or we're potentially looking at three consecutive blown first round picks by Tombert.

Players made of glass are a problem. I pretty much wrote Jarvis off already after watching him, but if Shazier is going to have trouble suiting up repeatedly too it will be a problem.
