This will cause a civil war. Hillary will have to attack Biden or at the very least force Obama to abandon Joe for Hillary, which will only pour crap all over the Obama Legacy. Good fun.
Biden only runs if hillary knows her history of corruption is insurmountable . If that is the case (likely), then she secretly backs Biden with her money, knowing that if he wins she is the voice through the earpiece he will be required to wear. He will be her surrogate.
