So any guesses if we deal anyone prior to cutdown day?

Obviously sending out a QB is a potential deal,
But IlB and OLB both seem excessively deep, we have two former starting tackles that may be on the outs at a position the whole league needs, Porters situation is still up in the air, there are enough depth wrs that Roman Wilson may be dealt, and Kaleb Johnson seems to be passed over at RB..
a case can even be made at DL...

I think the only positions that wouldnt be a little enticing is Te unless we were only keeping 2... and even then i dont see a trade there, just cuts unless we were moving on from the top two..

At this stage in the near cut-down phase, it will be hard to find any trade partners unless our offer is a “NAME” big player.

Most teams are willing to take their chances and wait.

There are exceptions, so we will see what transpires.

At this point I think JPJ for a first is in order. You have to sign Frazier next year. Im not convinced they have a starter QB on the roster. They likely will be in bottom third of the draft but could package two to get to top ten.

I don’t see that happening unless it involved a very substantial return beyond just a first.

I dont see substantial. There is what his agent thinks he's worth. There is what the Steelers think he's worth which is probably what league thinks. Contract negotiations are not trade negotiations. Whoever takes him has to pay his value too. Like he's not the best Corner in the league but wants the top dollar ish. 1st and probably a day three.

Might find someone who has an interest in Johnson. A 3rd only a year ago. Perhaps a late pick as he doesn't seem to have a future here not being a special teamer.
Omar likely can move Mason for a very late pick it's do they trust the rookies is the question. I would take the gamble and get some extra draft capital. 27 draft should be a good one.

Miami traded for Packers back up qb.
We're releasing veterans on D as Lowery , Harrison and Roberts didn't make it. Looks like a bit of a youth movement under McCarthy.
