28 carries, 69 yards, 2.5 average last season. I know it's only one preseason game, but he looks like he didn't train in the off season to get his feet quicker. He still looks like someone poured cement in his cleats.

He is a 3rd round pick. Give the guy a real opportunity....not 1 carry here or 2 there. Just my take. Everything I have read though says he will be cut.

I would have agreed with this 100% until I saw Rudy miss the easy walk in TD, but decided to climb the pocket and get hit in the jingle bells all while delivering a near TD pass to Germie...

After getting no real opportunities in the preseason they put him at the bottom of the depth chart during the next practice. The coach who wanted him is running the offense at OSU now, so the writing is on the wall.

Way back in the day when cassette first came out, you could by a 8 track to cassette adapter and ply your 8 tracks in the cassette player. They didn’t work very well and short lived.

You've deduced all of this after seeing Howard and Allar play merely a combined three quarters of one preseason game with (and against) second-, third-, and fourth-stringers?

He should come out for the first series of the first game, anything before that is unnecessary exposure for the old, old man. A preseason series or two (or even a handful) will do zilch compared to the rust he’ll knock off in the first quarter vs the Falcons.

Beyond that there should be some serious load management throughout the year for the ole fella.
He should build some nice 20pt plus leads heading into the 4th to ensure the young guys some late game reps and then get the team going into week 17 with the division wrapped up already at say 11-4 so the young guns can give him a bye for weeks 17 and 18 to rest the guy up

so he doesn’t look 100 years old like he did in his last playoff appearance.

I use to buy all kinds of components at Radio Shack, resistors / diodes / you name it.

I built DIY projects back in the day, I still have this Square battery flashlight that I turned into a strong powerful strobe light (110v with high voltage bulb, built and designed the circuitry )

The good O'l days of wiring a class-mates seat so he'd get a shock if enough weight was put on the chair leg.

NO, but Star Wars copied my light saber design, broke in while I was "pie-eyed" and stole everything claiming they had the original design.

I became a problem that wasn't going away so they let me pilot Luke's X-Wing fighter a lot of the in movie flights.

Eventually I snuck into princess Leigha............ she woke up but liked my G-strings so I took them off and silenced her.................... (except for her heavy moaning and breathing)

I honestly think Heidenreich is going to sneak onto the 53 man. I want to see him against better competition tomorrow. His rushing is fine, better than Kaleb Johnson. I want to see him against better pass rushers tomorrow and see how he picks up the blitz and protects the QB. Rewatching last weeks preseason, he kept Aller upright and clean. Also, on the KR, he’s a damn good blocker and was in fast on KO coverage and the punt team.
