My 6'3" now 20yr old son was born at 32ish weeks, 4.7lbs and did not look nearly as developed as that baby. Great neo-natal care means that babies much less developed can survive and prosper.
Same with my first born, 30 weeks, now a Nurse Practitioner.
This bill is pure evil because it has zero stipulations. Sure, they'll say that it's rare that a late term abortion will be performed, but all that's needed is an agreement from a practitioner.
The new(?) tactic of the Democrat party, refuse to debate.

Are the Dims ahead in the polls?
Nothing to gain, everything to lose.
I'm not sure that they are, although they are the incumbents. They're certainly spending more on TV advertising than the R's are, which is odd because I thought that they were broke, unless the cartels are picking up the tab. Not sure why there isn't a response from the right unless the RNC isn't sending money their way, wouldn't be the first time.
Hobbs, current governor, is claiming Biggs, her opponent, wants to raise taxes by 23% on the hard working people of AZ. Context of it is he made this statement while pushing for the elimination of federal and state income taxes. While this is something that will never happen the Dims are running ads that our outright lies with no response from the right.
