The issue is the secrecy / cover up as what is going on. If he was really in cardiac arrest, which is more serious than a heart attack, there is very little chance he even survived let alone being functional. I also find it odd that trump has not really commented on the issue other than "I have no idea how he is doing. " The whole thing is just a weird situation
