If the files were released, I think there would be many politicians of various parties, many people in all aspects of Hollywood, sports stars (and non-stars) and very rich folks, globally. But, as you said, we'll probably never know.

I'm not sure that a list of names even exists. All of the alleged victims must have signed NDA's and received a boatload of cash to keep their mouth closed. Power and money are keeping a lid on this, with involvement that extends way beyond political ideology. Both parties have had the opportunity to leak names and they haven't done it. That's all we need to know about those who were involved in this.

Julian Assange from WikiLeaks, who's never been wrong about anything, said the Epstein files will never be fully released because they're too useful to the CIA for blackmail.

I agree that there probably isn’t a list in a traditional sense. However, I think there’s a lot of information that can be gleaned should the information contained in those files be released. But as you said, money and power are keeping things quiet. The thing that bothers me the most is that the victims have stayed silent. They could have blown this open. And everyone has been silent. It makes so many things harder to believe.
 
Not putting pedos in jail is wrong.
Not exposing groups who traffic kids is wrong.

The rest is just immoral rationalization.

I would think that NDA's and cash payments would only be effective for civil claims at most. Any NDA that purports to prevent a victim (or person with knowledge) giving evidence for criminal law purposes would surely be ineffective, and add to the list of a perpetrator's criminal offences.
