This whole thing is a joke. The liner was already pulling up long before David showed up. There was another video that didn't show anything other than him maybe touching a hose. He may have acted ignorant and such, but vandalism is a ridiculous charge. There is no way you can reach into the water and destroy a supposedly indestructible liner with your bare hands. If the liner was peeling off already it was ruined.

If you did some research this was the spray / roll on truck liner. I would like to see you tear that out of a truck with your hands. Trump himself said the liner was in destructible and couldn't even be cut with a knife. If the stuff was adhered properly there is 0 chance of removing that by reaching into the water for 5 seconds
