I'm a techie. Yes, the text msgs "could be changed". His emails too - but, everything that gets changed has an original source code and that can restored forensically. IF THAT HAPPENS - T*m might as well retire because he'll be a KNOWN CHEATER.

My money is on this to get reduced to two games and Goodell will let Brady play in the opener just because it's the opening game of the season and he likes to **** the Steelers as much as possible!
 
My prediction: Suspension upheld, crybrady sues gets an injunction allowing him to play. They cheat some more win another sb and then he retires and gives all the middle finger. if it was up to me id give the whole organization the death penalty like they do in college.
 
If the suspension is lifted completely that will be the final straw from me and the NFL. They covered up their last transgression which was as serious an offense by an entire organization in the history of sports, and if they slap the Pats wrist again then the entire league is a joke and not worthy of my attention. The best thing in all of this for me is that pretty much everyone outside of Boston will always view the Pats accomplishments with a giant asterisk and their fans are going to have to deal with that for years and years going forward.
 
I'm wth you in Ben we trust. I will call direct tv and cancel my entire service immediately and won't support any comp at associated with the nfl. I'm already totally bored of the no defense no hitting league won't take much for me to leave the game altogether.

Im pretty sure the Data privider can retrieve ALL text sent via that account / phone number. I was wondering if a techy could go in and alter the data suppliers record of text(s). If that is something that can be done, I wouldn't put it past t*mmy b*y to have attempted that. - OR - He does nothing and won't turn over any text(s) with out court order............... "red HOT pocker"

Suspend them all for 2 months and make them spend the third with thoatzilla on a desert island and give her the keys to the water and food supplies.
 
This will be the final nail in the coffin of the NFL for me should they let the cheats off the hook again.

Like I said... its pre planned... stall before making the primary ruling, stall to appeal, stall for the appeal hearing, stall for the decision, wait a bit, file a lawsuit, get an injunction against the appeal, drag out the hearing tilla soft spot in the schedule... play till then...

I definitely didn't expect a verdict yesterday. Goddell will stew on it for a week or so and then reduce the suspension. Any reduction will piss me off. Goddell should have told Marsha before yesterday started that due to his appeal, the suspension could be increased if Goddell still didn't feel he was being honest or fully cooperative. But, he doesn't have the balls. I will be very surprised if he upholds the entire suspension.

Wonder when he is going to rule on Bell's appeal. That has been in his court for weeks and weeks.
