Tomorrow is June 23rd. D Day (unless ol' Rog needs two days (Thursday will be the second day)).

Let me start the fire by stating - the four (4) game suspension is the BARE MINIMUM that T*m Br*dy should be penalized. Personally, I'd like to see ol' Rog rescind the original decree only to adjust it to one (1) YEAR...

the "rog" is going to suspend 1 game, sweep under rug, crickets.........

Honestly, I'd love to see Brady get added time. There's never been a situation where hit's happened, but he's clearly been non-cooperative, and I assume his unreleased texts are damning as hell. 6 games would be a game changer for people to try and **** with the Rog.
 
Would be awesome if we could all sit in it ala Animal House style...
 
Brady walks because Rog is a spineless prick, a deflated ball sack and the Pat** still have that video of him giving Kraft a rim job. All kidding aside, Brady gets a one game suspension because Rog will use the platform to "prove" that he can be unbiased, yet he will not want to have it look like his hand picked adjudicator was over zealous (he wasn't). One game suspension in a politically motivated maneuver.

rice was increased and he did not try to fight the hearing masha could get it too but I suspect the rog is trying to figure away around it.

I don't see anything more than a few game reduction Not the season etc. most fans would hope for.

You will always get those apologist that say it didn't help much. I don't care if it didn't help them at all. The fact that they continually look for ways to break the rules, is enough for me.

Noted. I think that ol' Rog has chosen to arbitrate this case because of all of the "past blunders". It is also my opinion, that he will make every effort to "get this one right" and shock the world with his verdict. Now, does that mean a lighter sentence and some of the media heads are proposing??? Possible, IMO, but, not likely. As I stated in my OP - 4 games has to be the minimum for this transgression. If the evidence on T*m's phone proves to be damning - then he, T*m, needs to walk himself to the guillotine...

Put ya big boy pants on today, Rog. Show the world you aren't the dumba$$ we've perceived you to be in the past...
 
Brady wasn't suspended for deflating balls. he was suspended for not cooperating with the investigation. that's specified in the nflpa, if memory serves correctly, that players must fully cooperate.

10:42 a.m.: About an hour after Tom Brady arrived for his hearing, we have our first bit of news. ESPN’s Adam Schefter just reported Brady is testifying under oath.

preposterous to think this ************ won't stretch or bend the rules. for ****'s sake, this organization turned a blind eye on Aaron ******* Hernandez.

so he can hand over the phone .. it will not have anything on it

Agree. The players don't like Rog, they don't like Brady either but he's still one of them, Rog knows everyone except Kraft and the Pats** thinks he shows favoritism to Kraft and the Pats**. I think it gets cut to one game and Rog is distressed because it will be the game against the Steelers.
 
Depositions are taken "under oath" often in a place other than a court of law, in both civil and criminal matters. I have testified under oath in many places besides a court of law and this is done with a court reporter recording the proceedings. If one were to commit perjury under those conditions it would destroy any credibility one could have in the future and prevent one from testifying under oath in the future as one would be subject to impeachment, which is the process where all testimony is disregarded unless corroborated by some other means.

The comments by those folks that have not worked in the legal system for a length of time are often incorrect even though they are well meaning and thought to be accurate by the persons making them. Trying to apply TV court room rules to the real world is rather foolish as just like all other things the TV and Movie folks only uses what suits them to make their story, facts and accuracy are not important. I'll close with what I hope is an accurate representation of a Samuel Clemons quote, "They do not hate facts and the truth, they are indifferent to them and only use them when it suits their purpose."

Unless someone from the phone company was paid to delete it. A similar type of evidence tampering was done with hospital blood test records on one of the Cowboys players regarding a DUI. It seems the blood test results were altered multiple times by different people, some increasing the result others decreasing the result, was an interesting read in the paper. Generally if it can be recorded it can be deleted by the right person. The only thing that might still be tough to do would be to have the correct response to the text info they already have and it will likely be tough to eliminate the payments for services rendered for acts that were allegedly not taken place in the mind of some of the fools.
 
Guys, they have Brady's texts to the Deflator and the Manager, because they would have been on their phones. They weren't released because Brady declined to have his texts admissible. I would love to read them because they would not only show he's a cheater, but he also bribed the deflator to help him cheat in pro football games, which is a federal offense.
 
He will get the suspension reduced to time served.
 
he gets off without a suspension....just my gut feeling. And so it will be even better when we beat their ***.
