Totally agree here, I remember some of those rookies getting huge money and yet flop.
At least now there is a little ryme and reason, plus it makes teams be more sure of their picks.

I can’t hope for injuries or loses, just not in me.
With Aaa-Ron being a Steelers player, I will root for him / team to no end.
Should he falter, just like any other player I will want replacement.
Remember this is not the old regime, but also realize MM needs time to get his team / QB together.
I give MM a way higher percentage of QB success than Mr. Mediocrity would have ever achieved.
Let the new system incorporate, let the QB situation mature, and support the current team.
Salute the nation
