Now officers are being fired for it.

Multiple D.C. police leaders face termination, officials say​

At least some of the proposed terminations are related to an investigation the department conducted into the manipulation of crime data, officials said.

Multiple high-ranking D.C. police officials have been served papers saying the department intends to fire them, according to three officials familiar with the situation.

At least some of the proposed terminations are related to an investigation the department conducted into the manipulation of crime data following Republican-led probes into the matter, according to the officials, who spoke on the condition of anonymity to discuss a sensitive internal process.

The terminations portend a potentially sweeping shake-up among top department leadership.
D.C. police spokesman Tom Lynch declined Monday to confirm the terminations or any details about them, saying the department cannot discuss personnel matters or internal investigations.

In other words, those 13 individuals — all captains or above, all in leadership — are on their way toward termination. And all of them were served termination papers in connection to the way they handled crime statistics and possibly manipulated those crime statistics to minimize the level of crime in D.C.

No outbreak? Get a clue. A woman who wasn’t even on the cruise has been infected.


As far as the measles go? It was the worst year in over a quarter century, 92% of the infected were unvaccinated.

hantavirus isn’t easily transmitted between people.

Even so, the Dutch health ministry said a woman who was not on the ship was being tested for hantavirus and being kept in an isolated ward in an Amsterdam hospital after showing symptoms. The woman was part of a flight crew and had contact with an infected passenger on the plane, it said.

IF the woman tests positive, she could be the first known person not on the MV Hondius to become infected in the outbreak.

Lose the histrionics, asssshat. 3 deaths, with, not attributable, to measles.

Acetaminophen is far more damaging than measles.

And both are less damaging than MD inflicted injuries and deaths.
